This is what STSBet looks like on mobile

Poland's largest bookmaker is a dominant betting brand across Eastern Europe, with STSBet now aiming to make a splash in other markets such as the UK.

Esports fans will particularly love how many betting markets they have to pick from here, while solid odds add to the list of reasons to sign up for an account with STSBet.

However, slightly limited payment options and high default deposit limits are among the downsides of STSBet, which is also lacking an iOS or an Android app for mobile users.

The lack of horse racing and greyhounds betting is also a major issue for this betting brand.

Nevertheless, STSBet looks set to compete well in the UK's cut-throat world of online betting.

Overall rating:

STSBet free bet & sign up offer

The Sports welcome bonus at STSBet is definitely worth it for all bettors. STS offers a free shot to bet a 5-pick accumulator and if one of the selections loses, you get your money back as a free bet up to £10!

In a nutshell, the offer works like this:

You can pick any bet from any sport or market in to your acca, except horse racing. You minimum stake must be £5 and maximum of £10. No bonus code is needed!

Claiming the STSBet free bet and sign up offer is easy - just join up through Bojoko's link. This means there is no need to remember any bonus or promo code, it applies automatically. Just remember to check you have it there, just in case.

Users can place any required bets on any sportsbook event, including on football fixtures being played in the Champions League, or in tennis grand slams or golf majors, which is all good.

As is the case at many sports betting sites, deposits made into STSBet accounts that are made with Neteller/Skrill, EcoPayz, Rapid or MuchBetter will not qualify for the site's welcome deal.

Free bet no deposit

STSBet doesn't offer no deposit bonuses or free bets at the moment.

One of STSBet's biggest strengths is the odds they are offering players. The average payout at the site is a very respectable 95%, which can be matched only by the biggest in the business. There are also plenty of enhanced odds available on a lot of markets regularly, which are always advertised so you won't miss them.

STSbet odds display

Stsbet odds can be displayed in fractional, decimal or American mode. Fractional odds is the default setting, but you can change STSbet decimal odds easily from the settings also.

You can find the odds settings from the bottom of the list of all sports. Simply click the arrow and select decimals. See the image below to help.

STSBet odds are typically strong, especially for major sports like football, though it is fair to say this betting brand has a slightly higher margin for more relatively minor sports.

Testing showed STSBet was very competitive with the biggest betting brands in terms of odds.

Plenty of odds boosts can also be found at STSBet for major events such as the Super Bowl. This helps to make sure that STSBet customers are getting pretty good value on the site.

One of the odd things I spotted on the STSBet sportsbook is different bets are shown with different odds formats, for example some are in decimal odds and others in fractional.

This can be a bit jarring when trying to decide which bets are good value. I prefer to use decimal odds but it took quite a while to find where STSBet site settings I was able to change this.

There's plenty of stuff to bet on at STS, with over 30 different sports available all the way from football to esports and chess! The main sports of the site are football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey, but there are also plenty of British traditional sports to choose from, like rugby, golf, snooker, darts and cricket.

The site is very well designed, with a clear and easy-to-use sidebar available to go through the extensive selection. You can also search for a particular game or event through a search bar. Each match has tens, even hundreds of different ways to bet on, so no matter what you're looking for, STS has got you covered.

Football is the top sport to bet on at STSBet, reflecting its position as the world's most popular sport. There are leagues, cups and competitions from around the world to bet on, with any match that people want to find likely to be available - and there are lots of markets as well.

Other leading sports to bet on at STSBet include basketball and tennis, while the site has made a big effort to produce a comprehensive offering when it comes to esports betting. In this area, users can bet on a range of esports such as CS:GO, Valorant, Rainbow Six and many more.

Minor sports such as futsal and floorball are also covered. STSBet users who want to bet on special markets can find bets on events such as the Academy Awards, while there are some political markets offered too, such as the outcome of the next US presidential election.

There is even the chance to bet on virtual football and virtual basketball on the STSBet site.

STSBet offers players the option of cashing out their bets early, meaning you can confirm a winning bet-slip even before the bet has been settled! The cashout option is available on the site for both solo- and multibets, no matter whether you're betting live or pre match.

You can choose between a whole and partial cash out at STSBet, so you can choose whether to confirm a win for the whole amount, or just a small part of your bet. The more likely your win is, the bigger the cashout you can receive will be.

Live betting is naturally available extensively, and site's in-play works just as nicely as the pre match betting. Each in-play match has it's own game center, which shows you all the available statistics to help with your in-play bets. There are also plenty of BetBooster specials on most live selections, which will guarantee you bigger possible winnings!

The first thing I noticed about the live betting area at STSBet is the wealth of markets offered.

Even a relatively low-profile football match in Africa had well over 200 bets to pick from, ensuring customers at STSBet are really spoiled for choice.

Unfortunately, there are no live streams available to complement the in-play offering here.

Cash Out is available on selected events, fixtures and markets at STSBet - users can see which bets will have this option by looking out for the $ icon on the sportsbook.

Customers have the option to cash out a live bet either fully or partially, which is useful flexibility.

However, during my testing cash out was not available on Super Bowl bets, which seemed odd.

A responsive mobile site is a given in today's betting world, and this of course applies to STSBet as well. The site is fully accessible via all smart phones and tablets with no downloading of an app required.

Everything will run just fine straight through the browser on your device. The platform has been designed to be as easy on the eye as possible, with simple and clear options available on your screen at all times.

STSBet does not yet have an Android or an iOS betting app available for users to download. But the STSBet mobile site does a very good job, although some pages could be faster to load.

Mobile users can also get full access to the STSBet casino site through their handheld device, while the mobile site has full functionality for things such as cash out and customer support too.

Safe & responsible gambling

Betting should be solely for entertainment purposes, and nothing more. Sometimes things can however get out of hand, which is why STSBet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. This is why you have tools on the site to control deposits and losses, while you can also place time limits on your games.

Be sure to check out the links from the footer of STSBet if you know someone or you yourself are struggling with a gambling problem, no matter how small. STS wants to welcome all players, but this is an issue not to be trifeled with.

Customer support is done at STSBet the right away, aka 24/7! This means that no matter the time on the clock when you're playing at the site, help is always at hand - in English at least. The two traditional ways of customer service are available, which of course means email and live chat.

STS has gone the extra mile with their Frequently Asked Questions and general amount of information on the site, helping players without the need of asking for personal help. All areas of the site are covered in the questions, and there is also a helpful search bar to find whatever you need to know.

A live chat button is located in the bottom-right on STSBet, making it easy to get in touch.

When I tested the live chat at STSBet, the support agent was fast and friendly, providing a rapid answer to my query about live streaming.

An alternative to using live chat at STSBet is to send a message to the customer support email address, which is support@STSbet.co.uk, but telephone support is unfortunately not offered.

There is, however, a detailed FAQ which will likely help out most users experiencing any issues.

KYC & Documents

Nobody likes to send documents - we want to get to the betting fast! These are however required by law and license, and luckily at STSBet the documents are set up quite nicely. You simply upload the following documents through your account's profile page:

After you've done this you're ready play! Sometimes proof of payment method is also required, but these will be requested separately.

During the relatively lengthy process of signing up for an account, new STSBet users are prompted to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. However, these are automatically set to an extremely high amount by default, which feels like something of a mis-step by STSBet.

After filling in details such as date of birth and address, users will be sent a verification code in an SMS they need to enter into the STSBet site to move on to the next stage of the process.

STSBet employs electronic age verification tools in order to simplify the verification stage.

In the event that this is not enough to satisfy the Know Your Customer boxes that have to be ticked, STSBet users might be asked to provide various documentation to the bookmaker.

This includes a copy of a valid Passport, National Identity Card or Driving Licence. Users might also be asked to submit a photograph of them holding the ID document they want to upload.

Furthermore, STSBet's new customers must be willing to provide a proof of address, which can be either a utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.

Unfortunately, STSBet does not currently accept mobile phone bills and credit/debit card statements as proof of address at this time, which could be an issue for some customers.

Any documents provided as part of the Know Your Customer checks here should always be uploaded to the player account by clicking or tapping My Profile and then on Documents.

STSBet also notes that its users could at some stage be requested to provide further documents that prove their identity, as well as proof of payment methods to avoid fraud.

When I signed up, STSBet quickly emailed me to confirm that as their electronic age verification tools had confirmed my identity, I did not need to provide any other documents at that time.

It's always extremely important that a betting site has enough options when it comes to banking, and STSBet does an ok job in this aspect. You can make deposits with Visa debit cards, Skrill & Neteller e-wallets, Fast Bank Transfers, PayPal and Trustly. All deposits are completely free of any extra fees, but the lack of Mastercard as a payment option is pretty bad.

The minimum deposit you can make to the site is £10, which of course nice and low. Withdrawals are extremely smooth on the site, especially when it comes to speed, as you can expect to use your winnings within just a day or two.

Payment methods at STSBet are comparable to most of their major rivals in the industry. Debit cards from Mastercard and Visa can be used, with credit cards no longer permitted.

E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller are also available. New users at STSBet should note that making a first deposit via an e-wallet may stop them from claiming a welcome bonus.

The option to make a deposit using a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin is not yet offered here, though, and it is not yet possible to add funds through the pay by mobile phone bill method either.

The minimum that can be deposited at STSBet is set at £10, while the most that a customer can add into their account is £1,500 across all payment methods that are approved on this site.

I opted to use my debit card to deposit, which required me to log into my mobile banking in order to complete the process, but this took just a few seconds so was not a problem at all.

Withdrawing winnings on a Monday afternoon was very fast. The payment was made back to the debit card I used to make my deposit into STSBet in around an hour, which is great.
