The Wrestlemania 2025 match card features thrilling championship bouts, intense grudge matches, and intriguing singles showdowns.
Most interesting WrestleMania 41 matches are listed below:
Perhaps it was foreseeable when John Cena began his farewell tour for 2025 that he would wrestle at WrestleMania for a historic seventeenth WWE championship. However, no one could have anticipated that he would enter the match as a so-called heel character, likely to be booed by the audience!
WWE's creative director, Paul "Triple H" Levesque, is truly cooking at the moment, and this match is shaping up to be quite interesting. Will Cody Rhodes, WWE's current face, retain his title and defeat John Cena in the man's final WrestleMania, or will Cena capture a short-term championship? Either way, this match will be interesting to watch, and I'm 99% sure that The Rock will be involved in it in one way or another.
Jey "Main Event" Uso won the 2025 Royal Rumble event, earning the right to choose his opponent for WrestleMania 41. As speculated immediately after the match, he set his sights on the World Heavyweight Championship and its holder, The Ring General Gunther.
Since that moment, Gunther has essentially humiliated the Yeet Master week after week, both verbally and physically. Additionally, social media has been abuzz with opinions that Jey Uso isn't championship material and is mediocre as a wrestler, except for his entrance show, which the whole world seems to love. It's difficult to predict who will win the match, but I'm leaning towards the possibility that someone might interfere and shake things up.
The Women's WWE Championship match between IYO SKY and Bianca Belair certainly wasn't on my WrestleMania bingo card. SKY surprisingly snatched the championship from Rhea Ripley, and tensions have been running HIGH ever since.
Belair won the women's Royal Rumble, and it was clear she would challenge the title holder. SKY's victory over Ripley was a shock, and Ripley hasn't recovered. She has repeatedly attacked both women and even forcibly signed her name on the championship match contract next to SKY's and Belair's names. Finally, this match turned into a triple-threat match and Ripley even can win it!
Charlotte Flair made her long-awaited return to the ring at the Royal Rumble, where she entered, dominated, and secured a golden ticket to choose her WrestleMania opponent. Soon after, Charlotte decided to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship.
Stratton is a rising young star with WWE fans who is still in her honeymoon phase. A match against a second-generation superstar like Flair significantly boosts her career, even if Flair ultimately takes the title.
This could also pave the way for a long-term storyline, extending to the post-WrestleMania Bad Blood event. This match has been built up for many weeks on RAW and SmackDown broadcasts in North America and during the European tour.
Reigns, Punk, and Rollins match is going to be a banger, no doubt about it. Every member of this trio hates each other, and they have a history of trash talk, betrayals, surprise attacks, and Paul Heyman sailing between them with unclear loyalty. The triple threat, already confirmed as the main event for WrestleMania 41 night one, will certainly not leave viewers cold.
Who will win the match, and what significance does it ultimately hold? Everyone wants to hurt each other, and a more significant beating rather than a pin is on everyone's mind. I also have a gut feeling about this match, and I think we might see one or two extra faces in the ring before the battle is over.
The match between Logan Paul and AJ Styles is set to be one of WrestleMania's most high-flying encounters. Both wrestlers are physically gifted, and we're sure to see multiple jumps and flights from the ropes.
The story-building for this match has been somewhat lacklustre, and the bout has a slight filler-event feel to it. On the other hand, both wrestlers deserve this match - Paul evokes emotions and has proven to be a star of big events. Styles has had a long and impressive career and deserves his WrestleMania moment. If this were a championship match, I'd say it would go to Styles, but now I believe Paul will win.
