VirtueFusion by Playtech powers the bingo rooms at BetElite. There are around a dozen rooms available, with plenty of 90-ball and 75-ball variants. I also spotted a rare find, a 60-ball bingo, which I don't come across very often.

The VirtueFusion bingo software itself is excellent, and I have no complaints about its quality. My only gripe is how BetElite has integrated the software into their site. The software is set to load within an internal frame on the page, which makes it difficult to use—especially on mobile devices.

But let's return to the games. Most of the bingo rooms run every day nonstop, meaning as soon as one game ends, another starts soon after. Other games open once a day, week, or month.

Ticket prices range from a few pence upwards, and in several rooms, there's not only the base prize but also a progressive jackpot. At the time of writing this review, the JP values range from just over a couple of thousand to nearly £20,000.

BetElite offers an impressive selection of nearly 3,000 titles, including slots, table games, jackpots, and live dealer games. The games come from a variety of studios, including Pragmatic Play, Inspired, Synot, Light & Wonder, Red Tiger, and Play'n GO.

However, it's difficult to fully grasp the size of the game lobby, as BetElite doesn't provide many tools for efficiently filtering the games. Only a selected portion of games is displayed, divided into a few categories, and when you open a category, it slowly (!) lists all the games under it.

Especially with slots, browsing the games became a bit of a task, as the lobby only loaded a handful of games at a time. Even with a fast internet connection, it took me several minutes to reach the end of the entire list.

BetElite Bingo doesn't offer a downloadable app for mobile devices. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue for me, as I'm not particularly fond of downloading apps, and most modern websites are generally well-optimised for mobile use.

However, in BetElite's case, I found myself wishing they did have a downloadable app. I believe the mobile experience would improve significantly with one. BetElite could take a cue from brands listed on our best mobile bingo apps & sites page. 

BetElite offers a long list of supported payment methods, ranging from bank cards to e-wallets and mobile bill deposits. The minimum deposit varies between £10 and £20, depending on the method, so it's something to consider when choosing how to deposit.

For withdrawals, BetElite charges a 1% processing fee (up to £3). While this isn't a big deal for larger withdrawals, it would be more convenient if withdrawals were free, as is the case with most competing sites.

BetElite offers 24/7 player support every day of the year via live chat and email. Unfortunately, phone support is not available, but phone-based customer service has long been a disappearing feature on online bingo sites.

The Help Center contains a collection of frequently asked questions with ready-made answers, so for general inquiries, it may offer a quicker solution.
