MrQ Casino (UK) focuses on slot games and bingo, catering to a large selection of players who love fast-paced thrills. They are an award-winning no-nonsense casino.
Established in 2018, the selection of games is one of the most robust collections in the industry. What makes them excel in a rife sector, is the fact that the bonuses for both slots and bingo come with no wagering requirements.
MrQ have also made their players’ safety and security a top priority. They have implemented the latest SSL-encryption technology, so you can sign up safe in the knowledge that your personal and financial information is processed safely.
MrQ also holds a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, meaning that they regularly undergo tests and audits for fairness. All of the games use a Random Number Generator, and are tested for percentages.

MrQ is an interesting addition to the iGaming market, and one that certainly excels in terms of its verification process and the mobile gambling experience on offer.
The site also boasts a simple and navigable layout, and while the overall design may lack colour and intricacy, it’s arguably ideal for new or game-centric players who are looking to get to grips with the marketplace.
However, the small number of live casino games is a disappointment, while a minimal range of payment options and slow withdrawals also detracts from the overall experience at MrQ.
The welcome offer is also likely to divide opinion, as while it’s incredibly simple and appealing to casual players, it lacks the value and excitement to entice genuine high-rollers.
Get started with a bang, thanks to the bountiful no wagering casino bonus. Make a minimum deposit of £10 to claim the following:
- 30 wager-free spins on online slot Big Bass Bonanza Megaways when using bonus code BASSM30
But wait, you can get 10 no deposit free spins before your first deposit. Just sign up and verify your mobile number, and the spins are yours.
Getting started at MrQ Casino is a doddle. Follow the below steps:
- Sign up for a MrQ Casino account
- Make a minimum deposit of £10
- Use casino bonus code BASSM30
- Wager £10 and your free spins will be credited to your account
MrQ boasts a relatively simple and accessible welcome bonus and one that’s most likely to appeal to casual players or those who operate with a modest bankroll.
In fact, you’ll earn a minimum bonus spins when you complete the first deposit of at least £10, although you may be rewarded with additional complimentary gameplay once your account has been credited.
The regular bonus offer is 20 spins, but with the current special Bojoko bonus, you'll get 30 spins with the code BASSM30.
There’s no promo code associated with the regular welcome bonus, and you can claim this simply by completing the registration process and meeting the minimum deposit requirement. At this stage, you’ll see a small gift icon located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage, and you can click through this to activate your reward.
In my case, I deposited £10 and received 20 free spins with which to play, and these were spread evenly across Thunderkick’s Midas Golden Touch and Eyecon’s stunning savannah slot Stampede.
It’s striking that both of these slots are relatively high variance, so they’re unlikely to deliver frequent base game wins when you play through the free spins. This was borne out during gameplay, as I earned just £0.40 from Midas Golden Touch (at 0.10 per spin) and £0.60 from Stampede (at a value of 0.25 per spin).
While these winnings are far from earth-shattering, they’re at least proportionate to the value of the bonus, particularly as there are no wagering requirements attached to the welcome offer.
This means that there’s no requirement to play through a predetermined amount of cash before withdrawing any winnings earned through the bonus, which affords you far greater control of your bankroll and how often you wager on the site.
You’ll also have 48 hours to use the free spins from the moment that they’re added to your account, and this is ample time to play through a relatively small number of spins.
These facts combine to create a compelling welcome offer from the perspective of casual players or those with a modest bankroll, particularly as its T&Cs are also easy to understand. However, the bonus is completely unsuitable for high-rollers, thanks to its relatively low value and the potentially low returns.

Bingo is what MrQ does the best. They offer four types of bingo games, including No Deposit Bingo, 90 Ball Bingo, Free Bingo and 75 Ball Bingo.
That being said, the ball isn't dropped when it comes to slot games. MrQ has hundreds of slot games on offer, provided by leading software providers NetEnt, Microgaming, Eyecon and Thunderkick.
Popular games on offer, include 1429 Uncharted Seas, Esqueleto Explosivo, Fluffy Favourites, Flame Busters, Irish Luck, Jurassic Juniors and Haunted Hallows.
The MrQ site definitely benefits from a simple and games-focused layout, which is evident when you first sign in and are taken straight to the lobby.
Here, you’ll see a basic table layout featuring some games and a list of filters that run above the fold, helping you to browse new titles, top slots, table games and jackpots quickly and easily.
In the top right-hand corner of the table, you'll also find a handy magnifying glass icon, which allows you to search for specific titles directly.
Unlike many online casinos, MrQ also features several bingo games, with various 75 and 90-ball iterations selling tickets for between £0.05 and £0.10 on average. Some iterations, including Piece of Cake and Freedom, offer free tickets and prizes of £1 and £2 respectively.
The site is dominated by slot games, however, including personal favourites of mine such as Book of Dead and Twin Spin. These typically load within 15 to 20 seconds on average, while in my experience progressive slots like Fluffy Favourites load in approximately 10 to 15 seconds.
There are also two basic iterations of roulette and blackjack, and these usually take slightly longer to load on average. However, all of these games run incredibly smoothly once they’ve loaded, and I’ve never experienced any examples of interrupted desktop gameplay at MrQ.

MrQ website is compatible with all mobile devices, and it automatically responds to the device you are using.
The most significant majority of the games are available on mobile, and you can use the same banking methods and benefit from the same bonus offers as available on desktop.
You can rest assured that your mobile gaming experience is seamless, and you can pick up where you left off.
The brand was launched in 2018, and it has yet to launch native apps on either iOS or Android. However, the good news is that I was able to access the mobile casino easily through the Safari browser on my iPhone, while this was incredibly easy to use and navigate while on the move.
This is helped by the fact that the mobile site mirrors the desktop version almost exactly, with the lobby featuring the exact same horizontal menu and filters above the fold.
This certainly helps you to enjoy a seamless gaming experience when switching between different devices, while I love the fact that you play most of the slots and navigate the site comfortably in portrait and landscape mode.
However, games can load a little inconsistently through the mobile site, and while this is a minor inconvenience, it can impact on the overall experience by occasionally forcing you to return to the lobby and reload your chosen title.

There are the following tools to help you stay in control of your gambling:

You can also stop yourself accessing gambling sites, by installing blocking tools such as GamBlock or Betfilter.
If you’d like more professional advice or need to speak to someone, you can get in touch with BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy.
Players can reach out to customer support, between Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We also have a dedicated Help and FAQ page, where you can find answers to the most asked questions:
- Live Chat
- Phone: 020 3384 2800
- Email: support@MrQ.com
You’ll be able to access most of MrQ customer support channels through the drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the lobby, and your first port of call should probably be the site’s FAQs.
This is an interactive feature which allows you to search for relevant keywords in the pursuit of informative articles, the majority of which pertain to account verification, banking and responsible gambling.
This resource also features detailed information about MrQ’s welcome bonus and technical support issues, so it’s worth reviewing the FAQs if you have a simple or generic query.
There’s also a live chat feature, although this is currently not accessible during the weekend (which is the period where I tend to wager the most).
More specifically, the live chat feature is available between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 (Monday to Friday), but you won’t be able to access support through this channel on Saturday, Sunday or designated bank holidays.
Fortunately, I was at least able to initiate a live chat during the weekend, which involved me leaving an initial message for the team to review (relating to viable deposit methods in my region). I received an automated message confirming receipt and advising me that the team would get back to me on Monday and I’d receive an email notification when an agent was online.
The site was true to its word, and I received a courteous and efficient reply through live chat by 9 am on Monday morning. This slightly offset the lack of immediate support during the weekend, although it’s clearly a disadvantage for the site in the current market.
The site’s phone number (020 3384 2800) is also out of action during the weekend, as it mirrors the same opening hours as the live chat feature. This is typical for a relatively new casino with a small customer support team, but the fact that this number isn’t free to call is more of a concern from a player’s perspective.
Finally, the site operates an email address at email@example.com, to which I sent a message concerning my initial withdrawal.
After receiving a confirmatory response in a few minutes, an agent replied in full in a little under 24 hours, which was considerably better than the suggested time-frame of 72 hours. Response times can be even quicker during the week, and this is one of the most consistent support channels available at MrQ.

As a licensed operator, MrQ needs to verify and prove your age and identity when you add a payment method to the site.
Whenever possible, they will try to verify this electronically. However, they may still require additional documents as follows:
- Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
- Proof of Payment Method
Like most casinos, MrQ tries to verify your identity electronically when you complete the two-step registration process and add a payment method to your account.
This was successful in my case, and you shouldn’t have any issues with this process if you enter your information accurately and are listed on the electoral roll at your current address.
I’ve also been able to process both deposits and withdrawals since completing the registration process, and have yet to receive any requests for additional documentation to support my identification.
However, if you’re not listed on the electoral roll or you use a payment method that isn’t connected to your address, you may be asked to provide further proof of ID.
This will be sent by email before you’re able to complete your first deposit, and you’ll be required to provide an electronic copy of your photo ID and a proof of address dated within three months (or 12 months if you use a mortgage statement).
The documents can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you’ll need to ensure that all four corners of each document are featured clearly to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Of course, you can send your documentation to the site’s email proactively if you wish, but I’d suggest that this isn’t necessary given that MrQ will prompt you if there are any issues with your background verification checks and you won’t be able to wager or credit your account until the problem has been resolved.
MrQ currently accepts a handful of the most common payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Pay by Mobile.
As a relatively new site, MrQ only offers a small and restricted range of payment methods, namely Visa debit card, PayPal and Pay By Mobile.
However, I didn’t face any additional restrictions as a result of the geographical region where I live, while this small list also includes my two preferred payment options in the form of Visa debit and PayPal.
I made my first deposit of £10 using a Visa debit card, with the funds landing in my account instantly and without any issue at all. I processed my second deposit of £10 using PayPal, and once again my account was credited immediately.
Unfortunately, withdrawals aren’t completed quite as quickly, and this is largely due to the internal processing times at MrQ. My initial withdrawal of £10 took a little over four working days overall, having been initially requested on Monday morning and the funds landing in my bank account late on Friday afternoon.
If you request your withdrawal a little later in the week, you’ll have to factor in the weekend, during which time payments aren’t processed at all. This means that it may take up to seven days for the money to land in your account, and this is considerably slower than the current market average.
On a final note, you’ll notice that MrQ asks to verify your mobile phone number as part of the registration process. This enables you to credit your account using the Pay By Mobile option, which simply adds the deposit value to your monthly phone bill.
I’d recommend avoiding this, as I prefer to keep my gambling bankroll separate from other billing accounts. Even though there’s a £30 daily limit when using this method, this is still a relatively large amount of cash and it’s arguably better to avoid this where possible.
NOTE: Since the review, MrQ has reduced their processing time on withdrawals. Currently their withdrawals are processed within 12-24 hours on average.
Mastercard 3-5 working days, Visa 3-5 working days, PayPal 3-5 working days
I've been playing at and reviewing casinos for years, while I have extensive knowledge of the iGaming market in the UK. I particularly enjoy slots, table games and live casino gameplay, and have played at most of the UK's licensed casinos.
