Glass: Champagne glass
Method: Shake and double strain
Dash of red berries purée
25ml of vodka (ketel one)
25ml St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
35ml fresh lemon juice
Dash of gomme
Prosecco to fill
Preparation: Chilled champagne glass with a dash of homemade red berries puree in a bottom. Shake quick and hard, we don't want to dilute it too much, fine strain into champagne glass and top up with champagne or prosecco. The pureé and fizz will mix up together and create a beautiful nebula-like effect.
