I was very happy to see that LeoVegas chose Pragmatic Play as its bingo game provider because I like this supplier probably the most out of all that are currently available. However, when I tried to contact live chat at approximately 14:00 on a weekday, I got a note saying that live support wasn't available then, and I was directed to leave them a message instead.

I sent them a message to which I instantly received a note in my email saying it had been received. The email reminded me that live chat would also be available 24/7, but maybe they all just happened to be busy or out for lunch when I tried contacting them. I received a reply from the support agent the next day so it took roughly 22 hours.
