Hear the roar! LeoVegas as a brand is something that's hard to miss if you're at all familiar with the iGaming industry. Launched back in 2012, LeoVegas started as an online casino. Nowadays, the site also caters to bingo lovers with Pragmatic Play's quality bingo rooms and punters with sports betting.

After an easy registration process, you can get your hands on a big and diverse game library. Bingo is one of the newest additions to the site, which is probably why there aren't that many bingo games available yet. At least LeoVegas did well by choosing the bingo software to be supplied by Pragmatic Play which, in my opinion, is one of the best out there.

I'm not entirely sure why LeoVegas didn't just go all in and grab the whole Pragmatic Play's bingo catalogue, since now the only variants here are the 90 and 75-ball bingos. Maybe the selection will grow in the future.

For me, LeoVegas was one of the first truly memorable sites when I first started online gaming. It was unique, modern, and highly invested in offering a safe & trustworthy experience. Not much has changed since then and you wouldn't really think that this fresh-looking site would be over 10 years old.

LeoVegas has a lot going on and does most of it brilliantly, but there are some details LeoVegas could definitely do better. For example, the welcome bonus is just unnecessarily tricky and not very attractive once you understand the offer and the T&Cs.

If LeoVegas would simplify its welcome bonus, not to mention making it more bingo-oriented, LeoVegas would certainly make some waves.

As it is now, LeoVegas isn't really able to compete against other bingo sites offering more bingo rooms and better bonus deals.

However, on a more general level, LeoVegas is a great-quality online casino that has earned numerous awards. It's got a handy mobile app for you to take the fun with you anywhere you go, and safety is ensured by the UKGC license.

LeoVegas Bingo welcome bonus

LeoVegas doesn't have a welcome bonus for bingo players specifically, but when you join LeoVegas you can claim this general welcome offer:

Do note that playing bingo games does not contribute towards the wagering requirement.

New reg only. Opt in & deposit £10, £50 or £100 within 14 days & further 7 days to wager cash stakes 50x to unlock reward (up to £200 on first deposit). Wagering/game contributions vary. Up to 100 wager-free spins x10p will be added to Big Bass Splash with qualifying deposit. 3 day expiry. 18+. BeGambleAware.org. Full terms and Bonus apply. BeGambleAware.org.

LeoVegas is quite well-known for always offering different kinds of promotions, competitions, and tournaments. Naturally, they also provide new depositing players with a welcome bonus - of which this version is only available via Bojoko.

You will have three options here:

  • Deposit £10 - £49.99 and get a £49.99 reward
  • Deposit £50 - £99.99 and get a £99.99 reward
  • Deposit £100 or more and get a £200 reward

To put it short, if you want the largest reward, you can opt-in by making a deposit of at least £100.

In addition, you can get up to 100 bonus spins that have no wagering requirements attached.

The number of spins depends on which size reward you're going for; the smallest gets 25 spins, the deposit between £50 and £99.99 gets 50 spins, and depositing £100 or more gets 100 spins.

On LeoVegas, the bonus is released to the account only after the wagering requirement has been completed. The deposit needs to be wagered 50x, after which you can get your hands on the bonus money. The wager-free spins you can get instantly after the qualifying deposit has been made.

It is a mystery to me why LeoVegas has made their offer so complex as it is. It's not very beginner-friendly, to say the least. On top of that, it completely baffled me when I found out that playing bingo does not contribute to wagering at all. Maybe because bingo vertical is so new at LeoVegas but it's still unacceptable in my opinion.

Personally, I wouldn't claim this bonus. The only reason I would get this is because of the no-wager bonus spins, but I wouldn't have any expectations of seeing the actual bonus reward with a 50x wagering requirement.

As the industry average for bonus wagering is approx. 30-35x, LeoVegas will need to improve the welcome bonus if they really want to effectively attract new players.

LeoVegas calls itself a leading UK online bingo site. Let's see if that promise has actual substance!

I was very happy to see that LeoVegas chose Pragmatic Play as its bingo game provider because I like this supplier probably the most out of all that are currently available. Time after time, Pragmatic Play has proven itself as an innovative and fun game developer that's constantly trying to come up with something new.

However, I was disappointed when I realised that there were only 7 rooms to choose from and only the variants of 90 and 75 balls. At the moment, Pragmatic Play has around 20 bingo rooms in their games catalogue, so it's a mystery why LeoVegas ended up not having more rooms than half of what could've been. Most other bingo sites that have Pragmatic Play's bingo usually have at least 10 or more regular bingo rooms.

The other two rooms can be found in the live casino section and they're provided by Evolution.

When you scroll below the bingo game thumbnails, you can find that LeoVegas has written brief introductions about each room, and below that there is a short list of frequently asked questions. But, if you really want to see more detailed information, open any of the rooms to enter the Pragmatic Play's bingo lobby. There, you can gain the best access to all the info on each game.

As it is, LeoVegas unfortunately isn't the best choice even if you happen to like this provider as much as I do.

  • Bingo games: 9

Outside of bingo games, LeoVegas truly shines. It has over 1,500 games in total and 30+ game suppliers. Here, you can see such fan favourites as NetEnt, Play'n Go, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Microgaming, Red Tiger, IGT, Playson, Elk, Pragmatic Play, and Relax Gaming.

You can use the search bar at the top of the website to search for games either by the title or by the provider. Additionally, LeoVegas has categories to make browsing a bit easier.

Next to bingo games, LeoVegas offers slots, jackpots, table games, classic games, instant win games, slingo games, scratchers, live casino games, and a sports betting section.

A seasoned casino player appreciates the colourful game selection, although the game lobby could be just a bit more exciting than it is now. However, the lobby is clearly optimised for mobile users, which explains the certain design solutions used here.

I found LeoVegas' game repertoire more than sufficient to my tastes; I could find all my personal favourites here, and the mobile app was also great for when I wanted to continue playing somewhere else than on my computer.

For a bingo lover, I suggest at least checking out the live dealer games as there are two live bingo games provided by Evolution: Mega Ball 100x and MONOPOLY Big Baller.

The smallest amount you can deposit to LeoVegas is £10, and you have here an excellent range of payment options you can choose from. The minimum withdrawal is also £10.

All deposits and withdrawals at LeoVegas are free, so you don't have to worry about extra fees.

LeoVegas usually handles all withdrawals within 24 hours, after which it depends on the chosen method on how long it takes for the money to arrive to you.

You can contact LeoVegas support by email or live chat - no phone support, unfortunately.

LeoVegas states that its customer support team is available around the clock daily, which is always a big plus. However, when I tried to contact live chat at approximately 14:00 on a weekday, I got a note saying that live support isn't available then and I was directed to leave them a message instead.

I sent them a message to which I instantly received a note in my email saying it had been received. The email reminded me that live chat would also be available 24/7, but maybe they all just happened to be busy or out for lunch when I tried contacting them. I received a reply from the support agent the next day so it took roughly 22 hours.

If your question is more of a general nature, I recommend going over the Help Centre page where you can find answers to most usual questions.

As a responsible and licensed online iGaming operator, LeoVegas is obliged to verify your identity. After filling out the registration form, you might be asked to manually upload documents proving your ID and address before you can do anything else at the site.

These documents can, for example, be a driving license, a passport, a utility bill, and a bank statement. They can be uploaded by using the secure page you can access by logging in to LeoVegas.

Later on, LeoVegas may ask you to provide other documents as well, including proof of payment method and documentation for verifying the source of your funds.

KYC and ID verification are meant to keep LeoVegas safe and prevent money laundering. The UK Gambling Commission requires all licensed gambling-related sites to run KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

LeoVegas has its own LeoSafePlay program that's been developed to prevent gambling issues. LeoVegas has trained staff that's ready to help members to set limits or to completely self-exclude, and provide any other helpful information if needed.

When you first register to LeoVegas, you will have the option to set deposit limits as the final step before submitting the form. In my experience, this is one of the most easiest and effective tools you can enable to make sure that gambling stays fun.

Other tools you can use here are:

  • Self-assessment
  • Loss limit
  • Session limit
  • Wagering limits
  • Player history
  • Reality check
  • Time-out
