Overview of MrQ's Bingo offerings

MrQ is an impressive bingo and slots site that offers something for everyone. MrQ's bingo rooms run on their in-house platform, and players are pampered with a shower of promotions and a promise of zero-wagering bonuses.

MrQ is operated by Lindar Media Ltd, and it's also fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.

MrQ looks very sleek and is a 100% mobile-friendly platform. The registration process was done within minutes and couldn't have been easier!

I wasn't instantly presented with the bingo games. Instead, I saw rows and rows of slots. Luckily, MrQ has its games all separated into Casino, Live, and Bingo sections. However splendid the site itself is, I have to admit that my first impression of the bingo hall wasn't at all what I expected.

At the time of writing this review, I only saw four bingo games along with two live bingo rooms. This is significantly less than what I've ever encountered anywhere else. But, the regular bingo games are also only available on Lindar Media's standalone software, so they're at least unique to most other bingo sites out there.

Another noteworthy thing about MrQ is that this site seems to love promotions, especially bonus goodies with zero wagering requirements. For example, there are multiple ways to get rewarded with spins and games, with all winnings credited in cash.

MrQ bonus for bingo

MrQ Bingo's first deposit bonus for bingo players is a delightful package:

If you love bonuses, MrQ is the right place to be. You'll get a nice start with 5 free spins on Starburst, which you get without a deposit when you successfully complete MrQ's age verification.

Then, once you deposit and play £10 or more and use the code BOJOKO, you can claim 30 bonus spins on Starburst.

Both free and bonus spins are on NetEnt's popular slot Starburst, and each spin is worth 10p. The game has a bit low maximum win of 500x your bet, but its volatility is low, which means the game pays out more evenly than games with higher volatility levels.

The welcome bonus of MrQ is certainly intriguing. The minimum deposit for claiming the bonus spins is only £10, and all winnings are paid as real cash instead of money tied to the bonus wagering requirements. If you want to find more of these deals, discover all the bingo sites with no wagering.

While the bonus could always be bigger, I can't find any other real fault in this deal. It's easy to get, and there's no need to worry about wagering requirements. Though it is a shame there is no longer a specific bonus for bingo games.

Compare MrQ Bingo bonus

MrQ Bingo bonus is great compared to other UK bingo sites. Getting a zero-wagering bonus is wonderful and something you don't see every day. This makes it stand out from the competition. Sure, it's smaller in size, is that a deal-breaker?

But how does MrQ Bingo's bonus look like compared to other bingo sites' offers? Weigh up the bonus offers easily with our tool below. If you want to change the site of comparison, just click on the grey magnifier and start typing the name of the site you want to see next to MrQ.

The regular bingo rooms at MrQ are produced by Lindar Media, so the games are actually built in-house and you can't find these anywhere else. So, that's a pretty good consolation for the fact that there are only five bingo games. The variants available are 30 and 90-ball games.

Of the five games, three are normal 90-ball bingos with a choice of 10p or 1p tickets. The biggest jackpot can usually be found in Pinch a Penny or Buzzin' Bingo. One of the rooms is called On the House, which is a free bingo room with prizes worth of £1.

Each game thumbnail has all the essential info on it, from the current jackpot to the ticket prices and the countdown clock to the next round. Once you open a bingo room, you can either quick-buy tickets by choosing one of the auto-selected numbers or pick the exact tickets from the tab 'Select Tickets'. You can always check your purchased tickets by opening the tab 'My Tickets'.

Waiting for the round to start doesn't have to be boring, either. The bingo room showcases a small selection of casino games and even one live game you can play without having to close the bingo room.

I have to admit that I was a tad underwhelmed to see so few bingo games, but they seem to be of good quality at least. However, I did find the bingo rooms' design somewhat too bare. This clean look does fit with the overall sleek design of MrQ's brand and it certainly makes the games easy to follow, but the lack of action, colour and fun is almost palpable. Naturally, each to their own, someone else might like this kind of design.

Note that not listed as bingo games are the live bingo rooms MONOPOLY Big Baller and Mega Ball 100x. These live bingo rooms are developed by Evolution, and they can offer a fun and different experience than regular online bingo games.

  • Bingo games: 7

The number of bingo games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The number may change when new games are added, or providers are changed or included.

MrQ features a full-sized casino site with slots, table games, jackpots and live dealer games. The game library is a versatile collection from such providers as NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Eyecon, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, Slingo, NoLimit City, Red Tiger, and Epic Strike.

The games have been organised into some main categories. If you're looking for a certain title, you can quickly check its availability by selecting search and typing in the name of the game.

Now, if you happen to be an online casino veteran like me, you'd probably want to see the full list of game providers and be able to browse only the games from your favourite suppliers. Alas, this is impossible at MrQ. The game thumbnails have very little information outside of the title, and even the search option doesn't recognise game provider names. This makes it pretty challenging to determine if MrQ carries your favourite providers.

The live dealer section is much better detailed, with every game thumbnail telling us the title, currently active players, the game provider, and the minimum bet.

I'm also happy to see the Slingo's game titles being a part of MrQ's extensive selection and that they've even been granted their own subcategory. If slingos are unfamiliar, I heartily recommend trying them out, especially if you love both slots and bingo. Slingos have the best parts of both games, and they are absolute delights to play.

game information

  • Slots: 920
  • Jackpot games: 70
  • Table games: 20
  • Live games: 75

There's a bit limited selection of payment methods available at MrQ, but I think most of us will find the current options more than sufficient:

Payment method Deposit minimum Withdrawal minimum Possible fees
 Visa £10 £10 -
Mastercard £10 £10 -
PayPal £10 £10 -
Pay by Phone £10 -
Ecospend £10 £10 -

I loved to see that the mobile-first bingo site supports pay by phone bill bingo, which is favoured by many UK punters.

The minimum sum you can deposit is £10, and the same minimum limit goes for withdrawals. At any point, you can check your MrQ account to see the net deposit or all transactions.

The average withdrawal time at MrQ is approx. 2-3 working days.

MrQ aims to be one of the fastest-paying bingo sites in the UK, so sometimes you might see your withdrawal processed within just two hours.

However, due to occasional checks and other additional steps, the whole withdrawal process can take up to 7 working days for the winnings to reach the player. While the possible delays in getting paid are not so fun, I appreciate the site being this direct about it.

See the detailed list of withdrawal times per banking method:

  • Mastercard: 3-5 working days
  • Visa: 3-5 working days
  • PayPal: 1-2 working days
  • Ecospend: 0-1 working days

According to MrQ's customer support, Ecospend is currently their fastest withdrawal method. The transfer is instant in most cases but, at the same time, the support reminds us of the possible 7-day maximum time for all withdrawals.

There are no added fees, which is also a plus.

  • Live support:
  • Phone support:
  • Mail support:

MrQ offers three options for contacting their customer support: email, live chat, and snail mail. To obtain access to their live chat, I was first asked to write my question in a box and then the system would direct me to some more or less relevant FAQ topics.

Because none of the FAQ items answered my query, I was finally able to choose to move on to live chat. However, I found it a bit irritating that I had to write my question again. I was the third person in the queue and it took roughly 10 minutes of waiting until I got the hold of the support agent.

Not the smoothest start, but once I was able to have the conversation with "Sam", I was very pleased with their prompt answers. I felt I wasn't being fed with copy & paste standard replies, which is almost like a standard thing with live chat support systems.

Live chat is available every day from 8 am to 11 pm, and their support email address is support@mrq.com.

You can even send them old-school mail:

MrQ
PO Box 1243
St. Albans

When you sign up to MrQ Bingo and add a payment method, the site attempts to verify your identity electronically. If this can't be done, MrQ will require you to provide further proof of your ID. You'll receive an email from MrQ when documents are needed.

What you need to provide:

  • Proof of identity (passport, driving licence, residence permit, etc.)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, council tax statement, official government letter, etc.)

Note, that mobile bills are not accepted. Utility bills, official government letters, home/motor insurance documents and letters from financial institutions should not be older than 3 months. Council tax statements and mortgage statements should be issued within the last 12 months.

Also, your driving licence alone might be enough if your current address matches the information on your driving licence.

MrQ has several ways to limit gambling if needed:

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits
  • Set reality checks
  • Apply a time-out between 1 day and 6 weeks
  • Apply a self-exclusion, minimum 6 months

MrQ is also registered with GAMSTOP. So, if your exclusion has been confirmed with GAMSTOP, it means you can't log in to MrQ at all for the period of the exclusion.

You can set all these limits by yourself. However, if you want help with them, you can always ask MrQ customer support to set the limits or the time-out/self-exclusion for you.

If you enjoy MrQ Bingo, be sure to check out these fantastic alternative online bingo sites!

  • The Sun Bingo: The Sun is a name we all know, but who knew that they had a bingo site? With such a big company backing it up, this bingo site is quite an experience.
  • Double Bubble Bingo: Double Bubble Bingo is a delightful and visually amazing casino. The 50s style is quite unique and makes playing here feel more lighthearted.
  • Play Jango: Play Jango is a huge casino. They started out as a regular casino and later on added bingo rooms. This is quite clear when you look at just how many games they have.
  • Bingo Loft: Bingo Loft is a wonderful choice for those who just want a nice, bright bingo site that works perfectly on mobile. This is not too big and not too small, but just right.
