This part is all well and good and basically a paint-by-numbers deal. But as always, the devil is in the details.
There is a wagering requirement of 50x the bonus, but what really puts me off is that you can only withdraw a maximum of 3x the bonus, so if you go for the full amount of £100, even if you survive the wagering requirements, you are only looking at a maximum payout of £300.
In my book, the risk is not worth the reward, so I didn't enter the bonus code when I opened my account, and the welcome bonus wasn't added.

I signed up to BBCasino online and played and won some money, and requested withdrawal of £500.
They then asked for ID Documents from me, address and proof of payment etc. I provided all. Over a period of 4 days they kept rejecting once document for things like ‘issue date. missing’ when in fact it wasn’t missing it was clearly on the uploaded documents. I emailed their ‘support’ email and got nothing back and went on the live chat and they would just say I will be contacted on email and then ended the chat numerous times!
I then emailed to complain and have not had any response. They have now verified all my identification as required but the withdrawal is still say pending. Since then, they have put my documents back to ‘verifying’ again and keep changing which one they mark as ‘verifying’ despite having all my documents. I went back on live chat when it would be processed and they said I’d get an email and then ended the chat again! They have since restricted my account with no contact at all and still the withdrawal is pending. So I went on live chat and asked why my account was now showing as ‘restricted’ and they again just said someone will email regarding account and then ended the chat. Please not that every time I have gone onto the ‘live chat 24/7 support’ I have had to wait an hour minimum for a response.
I have again emailed with screenshots of the conversation from live chat and asked what is happening with my account and had no response! I don’t know what else I can possibly do!
