Summary

Betsuna brings you every kind of gambling under one roof. Casino games, betting and bingo, all in one. The site is a ProgressPlay casino, which means it's not visually innovative or very interesting, but it works like a charm. Unique is not the word I would use about this casino, but reliable is.

Betsuna Casino - Familiar Design with a New Touch

Betsuna is a name you might be familiar with, but if you are, you might want to take a new look at the casino, as it is not the same as it once was.

Betsuna was originally established in 2021, but the casino has gone through a complete overhaul and was relaunched in 2026. While the site has the same name, it is a completely new casino experience.

When I tested Betsuna's new design, I was happy with the site. They operate on the ProgressPlay casino platform, which means their visual design is far from innovative, but mechanically, the site works wonders. ProgressPlay's casino platform is one of those "don't fix if it's not broken" things. It has remained the same for ages, but for a good reason. Even a first-time casino player can figure it out.

That pretty much sums up my experience with Betsuna. It is not innovative or anything we haven't seen before, but there's nothing really wrong with it, either. It is a solid pick, and one that you will be happy with. If you keep your expectations realistic, you will enjoy your visit. I know I did.

Betsuna Welcome Bonus - Surprisingly Large Starter

When you start playing at Betsuna, you get the following first deposit bonus:

While this bonus doesn't sound too big, it was a surprise to me that a relatively young casino would start off with a bonus this size. These days, UK casinos have much smaller bonuses in general, and this one feels very generous.

You just deposit £10 or more, and your deposit is doubled up to £100 and you get 50 rounds on the Bigger Bass Splash slot. And the terms are very standard for a British casino bonus at 10x wagering.

Important Bonus Terms to Know

Bonuses always have terms and conditions that must be followed. If you don't, the casino can remove the bonus and anything you've won with it. Here are the important terms:

  1. You must make a first deposit of at least £10 to qualify
  2. The bonus is 100% of your deposit, meaning it will double it up to £100
  3. If you deposit more than £100, you only get £100 in bonus funds
  4. The bonus money and any winnings from the free spins must be wagered 10x
  5. If you make a withdrawal request before this, your bonus funds will be forfeited
  6. The maximum withdrawal is 1 time the initial bonus amount and £20 for the spins
  7. The bonus money is valid for 30 days and the spins for 7 days
  8. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from this offer

Expert Insight - Is This Welcome Bonus Worth It?

Looking at the offer from an expert's point of view, the offer is worth it, but comes with a small warning. While the offer and wagering are good, the withdrawal limit is restrictive. I like the bonus and recommend you take it, but don't expect any miracles.

👍 What Stands Out

The bonus is surprisingly big. Whereas many other UK casinos limit their deposit bonuses to £50 or drop the percentage below 100%, Betsuna went all out with both.

👎 Where It Falls Short

The maximum conversion limit is low. You can only cash out from the bonus the same amount you got in the first place and £20 from the spins. This is not good, as there are many UK casinos that have no withdrawal limits on bonuses.

👉 Overall Take

In short, this is a deal worth taking. The withdrawal cap is not something that will blindside you or prevent you from getting real-money wins. Just don't get your hopes up too much, and understand that there is a limit to what you withdraw, and you're good.

Compare the Offer With Other UK Bonuses

When we compare Betsuna's bonus to other UK casino offers, we see a very familiar pattern. This bonus is much bigger than what most other sites have, but it has a stricter maximum withdrawal limit.

For example, below, we have the Mr Vegas bonus. This offer looks similar, but is a good example of the common difference. The offer is smaller, with half the bonus money and one-fifth of the spins. However, there are no maximum cashout limits to balance things out.

Which is better is up to the player. Some folks like to get more bonus funds so they can test the casino for longer and try out different games, while others want to optimise how much they can win from bonuses. If you like playing, Betsuna is better, and if you focus on wins, then Mr Vegas-style bonuses are your choice.

Betsuna Reward Points

One of the things I always like is when casinos reward active players. At Betsuna, you can complete missions to earn points and gain levels. These features are very common at VIP casinos.

Every time you play, you can see what missions you have available and try to complete those. These can be as simple as playing a certain game, or they can be about hitting specific bonus features in slots. Whenever you complete them, you earn points and gain levels, and you can then use the points to redeem bonuses. The higher your level is, the better the bonus is going to be. You can get things like free spins on slots, free bets on sports or better deposit bonuses.

Game Providers

One of the great things going on for Betsuna is that the ProgressPlay platform is home to multiple world-class game developers. Right from the get-go, they were able to bring in dozens upon dozens of big studios, like Microgaming (Apricot), Thunderkick, Blueprint, Foxium and Hacksaw Gaming.

NetEnt Microgaming Play'n GO Thunderkick 1x2 Gaming Quickspin Greentube
Evolution Gaming Playtech Inspired Gaming

Game search tools at Betsuna

Betsuna has a huge game library that has titles from some of the biggest developers in the world. In short, this is a haven for good casino games.

When I tested the casino, I was pleased to see that the catalogue was so huge. The first number I saw was that the total number of games was over 6,000, which is amazing. Then I checked the developers, and was again pleased to see all the popular studios, like Play'n GO, NetEnt and Pragmatic Play.

If you are looking for a big casino with a lot of options, this is it.

Where I see Betsuna could do better is in organising their games. They have some top-level categories, like Casino, Casual, Jackpots, Slots and Vegas, but personally, I don't think that's enough. When you have a library this big, you should have better search features and filters, like RTP, volatility and number of reels.

If you know what you like to play or the providers you enjoy, then yes, Betsuna is a great place to play. If not, you might have a hard time choosing what to play. I've always said that the better the filters are, the easier it is for everyone to find the right game.

Game Information

Game Type Number of Games Bojoko's Recommendations
All Games 6100 Big Bass Trophy Catch, Majestic Joker, Go Goal
Slots 4500 City Heat, 3 Sparking Crowns, Eagle Strike Extra
Table Games 100 Breaking Bad Roulette, Casino Solitaire, Classic Blackjack
Jackpot Games 200 Big Sumo, Shaman Spirit Jackpot, Coinfall The Big Freeze
Crash Games 10 Speed Crash, Thunderstruck FlyX, Hockey Crash

The number of games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The numbers may change as new providers are added and new games are introduced.

Evolution and Playtech make a great team when it comes to live casino entertainment. The selection here is stellar.

I was even happy to see some game categories here. Blackjacks, roulettes, baccarats and game shows all have their own category to help you find what you like. You can also search by provider, for example, if you just want to play Evolution's games.

If you are a fan of live game shows, Betsuna has a slightly limited selection, even though they have all the big studios listed. For example, there is no Crazy Time, even though you can play Crazy Pachinko and Crazy Balls. Also, some game shows don't show up in the Game Show category, even though they are available. I was looking to play some Wonderland Lucky Ball and Ice Fishing, and was only able to find them by searching for them by name or going to the developer list.

One thing that I did notice was that the casino category says that they have over 1,000 live tables on the site. I don't know how they got this number, as I was not able to see anything close to that. I suspect this is counting games from other markets as well, and not just what's available in the UK.

Live Game Information

Game Type Number of Games Bojoko's Recommendations
Live Casino Games 200 Crazy Pachinko, Dragon Dragon, Lightning Bac Bo
Live Blackjack 50 All Bets Blackjack, Royale Blackjack, Easy Blackjack
Live Roulette 40 Quantum Roulette, French Roulette, Bellagio Live Roulette
Live Game Shows 30 Mega Ball, Stock Market, Adventures Beyond Wonderland

The number of games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The numbers may change as new providers are added and new games are introduced.

Betsuna, just like all the other ProgressPlay sites, is built with browser play in mind. This means there are no downloadable apps for any phone or tablet.

When I tested the site on my Android phone, I didn't feel like I needed an app. Everything was working perfectly well in the browser window from logging in and depositing to withdrawing my wins.

I know that some players prefer dedicated apps so they can be sure everything is optimised correctly and keep all their gaming in one app. If this is you, I would still recommend you take a look at Betsuna, as the casino works wonders even without the app.

When I tested the mobile interface, I was happy with what I saw. The menus were easy to use, the loading times were quick, and the games ran smoothly. I tested a couple of slots and even went to play a few rounds of Crazy Pachinko, and I had no issues.

Generally speaking, I was very pleased with the mobile casino.

Betsuna has a good variety when it comes to payment options. You have your standard debit cards and eWallets, as well as pay-by-phone methods and vouchers.

Most payment methods have a £10 minimum deposit limit, which is good. It is a solid starting point. Depending on the method, you might have to deposit more in one go, for example, Skrill and Neteller require a £20 deposit. Note that if you deposit with Pay-by-phone, you are subject to a 15% fee.

Generally speaking, I think Betsuna handles deposits really well. You can very easily top up your account, and I had no problems doing this on my desktop computer or my phone.

Where I think Betsuna, and the ProgressPlay platform in general, has room for improvement is in withdrawals. First of all, there is a 1% fee on all withdrawals up to £3. This may not sound much, but it's one of those things that the casino should cover, and not charge the customer.

Second, I think the minimum withdrawal limits are too high. You can deposit £10, but you have to withdraw at least £20. Again, this is not a big issue, but one of those small things that keep adding up.

Here is a list of the payment methods that you can use at Betsuna.

Payment Method Min Deposit Min Withdrawal Possible Fees
Visa £10 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
Mastercard £10 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
Skrill £20 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
Neteller £20 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
PaysafeCard £10 -
PayViaPhone £10 15% fee on all deposits
Neosurf £15 -
Payz £20 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
PayPal £10 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3
Pay by Bank £20 £20 1% withdrawal fee up to £3

The average withdrawal time at Betsuna is between 1 and 2 days.

When you look at their estimated processing and transfer speeds, it would seem like it takes ages to withdraw your funds. This is because all casinos on the ProgressPlay platform are very conservative about their estimates, and lump even the most remote locations into one.

The reality is much better. When we tested the withdrawals, we were seeing next-day payments fairly constantly, and only major delays were because of weekends.

The processing time for each withdrawal is roughly a day. If you submit your request early, it can be processed the same day, but it's usually done the next day.

Here are the estimates for the total transfer speeds for each withdrawal method:

  • Debit Card: 2-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-5 business days
  • Skrill: 1-2 business days
  • Neteller: 1-2 business days
  • Payz: 1-3 business days
  • Apple Pay: 1-3 business days
  • PayViaBank: 1-2 business days

If you ever need help, you can find a lot of answers in the Betsuna Help Centre. It has a good search feature and lists questions by category.

If this isn't enough, you can always contact support via live chat or email. The support is open 24/7.

FAQ section at Betsuna

I wanted to see how well the casino would be able to answer my simple questions about deposits. I first checked the Help Centre and noticed that many of the answers about payments were a little generic because they were meant for all locales. These didn't really help, and just directed me to check the payment section. Next, I hopped to the live chat and was greeted by a search tool which went through the same answers I saw before. After all this, I was able to get a human on the line, and they were able to answer my questions quickly.

This is a common thing with casinos that operate in multiple markets. The FAQ answer, especially relating to money, can be too vague. Other answers are all fine and good, but if you want to know how things work in the UK, you have to get a human on the line.

When you join Betsuna, you need to verify your account. This is done to prevent underage gambling, money laundering, and to make sure you are not a self-excluded person. This is a standard process that you need to do at every UK casino.

Some of the verification is attempted automatically, and you may need to provide the casino with additional documents. These include:

  • Proof of identity - Picture of your ID or driving licence
  • Proof of address - Scan of a utility bill or a government letter showing your address
  • Proof of deposit - Screenshot of your digital payment or picture of the card you used

The process is usually quick and easy. However, I always recommend getting the verification all sorted out before you start playing. You need to do this before you can cash out, so having it all over and done with makes the withdrawal process faster.

Betsuna is a responsible gambling advocate, and their site has a lot of information and links about safe gambling. I'm always happy to see a casino go above and beyond with safety.

You have all the standard tools, like deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion. You can also set a Monthly Tailored Budget, which is a rolling 30-day budget based on net deposits.

On top of all that, the casino will review the play patterns of all their customers to make sure that players don't exhibit problematic play patterns.

This is how responsible gambling is supposed to be handled. I was pleased to see Betsuna doing their best to keep playing fun and safe.

Betsuna is part of the ProgressPlay casino family, which means it has a lot of sister sites in the UK. If you like what you saw here and want more of the same, check out these sites:

  • Mogobet review: If you compare Betsuna and Mogobet, you quickly see just how similar ProgressPlay casinos are. They are like two peas in a pod, but if you like peas, you can say "more, please".
  • Q88Bets review: Q88Bets gives you the same casino experience, and more of the same bonuses. If you like to get your hands on all the weekly promotions and perks, this is the place.

And if you are looking for something completely different, take a look at these casinos that we have reviewed:

  • 36Vegas review: 36Vegas is a more sports-focused online casino compared to Betsuna. They have a smaller selection of slots, but they are better for betting.
  • No Deposit Slots: If you want a simpler, beginner-friendly casino, then No Deposit Slots is for you. They have a similar game library to Betsuna's, but their user interface is much easier to use.
