- Excellent selection of slots
- Seamless account verification process
- Unresponsive customer support
Play Jango is casino that started off on the right foot. It came to the market in early 2020, but did it with style. They wanted to create a player-friendly casino with lots to do, and that is exactly what we got.
Play Jango's biggest draw is their game library. There are several thousand casino games available for UK players. This may not be the biggest selection available, but they are in the top spots.
The casino is also very easy to use on both desktop and on mobile. The casino goes with you everywhere, as it works well on all mobile devices.
Play Jango Casino is licensed by UKGC, which makes it a safe choice. The games are independently audited and tested by iTech Labs for their RNG and fairness.
As you would probably expect from a Skill on Net Casino, Play Jango definitely looks the part with the flashing banners of the most popular slots displayed on the home page.
Established in 2020, this is a casino that knows exactly what works and what doesn’t, so I was looking forward to delving into what they have to offer and to play some of the best slots in the business.
A minor irritation would have to be the branding, the Play Jango logo at the top left hand corner of the website looks like something I could have knocked up in five minutes, and my design skills are non existant!
I did like the scrolling banner at the top of the page which displays the names of the software providers who have partnered with Play Jango as it does add to the credibility of the casino and makes it obvious that the selection of games is wide and varied.
I would also have to say that the casino is well laid out, very easy to navigate with a handy search option if you know the title of the game you would like to play.
Play Jango starts you off with a simple, but effective bonus. You get both a deposit bonus and bonus spins when you start.
Make your first deposit and you will get:
- 100% match bonus up to £25 + 25 bonus spins on Book of Dead
After your welcome bonus, you can join in on casino tournaments or check the daily picks for extra bonus offers.
The welcome offer is a 100% matched bonus up to £25 plus 25 bonus spins on the Book of Dead slot.
There is a wagering requirement of 30x the deposit plus the bonus and 60x any winnings from the free spins.
Call me old fashioned but for me, those requirements are too high so this is not the kind of offer I would take advantage of, but what I found to be really annoying was that the welcome bonus is added automatically with no choice to opt out.
It is therefore down to the player to get the bonus removed by contacting customer support but how many players will be tempted to use a bonus that they might not have wanted?

Play Jango is a haven for punters. They have gone all out with the games, plain and simple. There are thousands upon thousands casino games available for UK players.
The games come from several of the most well-known game developers, like Microgaming, iSoftBet, Play'n GO, Blueprint, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick and many others.
The main body of the catalogue is made of slots. There are plenty to choose from and finding what you are looking for is made easy. There are plenty of categories, like new, Vegas and hot & cold, and then filters to fine tune your search. The filters let you pick only games with certain tags, ratings, bets and even from certain developers only.
Playing on Play Jango has been made easy, and it all works on desktop as well as on mobile.
The selection of games that are available at Play Jango Casino cannot be faulted.
With over 3300 slots available, I was itching to get started and play a few games to see exactly what is on offer.
I found the casino to be extremely easy to navigate with different categories such as Slots, Jackpots, Table Games and Live Casino displayed across the top of the website with a handy search button which I used to find the first slot I wanted to play, Big Bass Bonanza.
When you hover your mouse over any of the titles at Play Jango, it shows you the size of the biggest win and how many times the game has been played over the last six hours.
I can’t really see the point of knowing how many times the game has been played but nevertheless, Big Bass Bonanza loaded quickly and there were no problems at all with the game play.
I then went on to play Cleopatra and my favourite Age of the Gods title, God of Storms and again, both games loaded quickly and played well.
Finally, a few hands of Power Blackjack in the Live Casino section of the website, and my experience of the games at Play Jango casino couldn’t have been better.

Play Jango is completely optimised for mobile users. The casino adapts to all screen sizes and works perfectly on your mobile web browser.
The casino is compatible with all modern mobile devices. It doesn't matter whose device you have or what it is. As long as you have a steady Internet connection, you are good to go and play all the games.
There is no downloadble apps required to play on Play Jango.
Play Jango does not have a mobile app but be careful if you search on the App Store or Google Play as there are apps with Jango in the title but it is not this casino.
Play Jango can be played on a mobile device by simply entering the casino’s URL into your mobile browser.
I found the mobile version of the casino to be absolutely fine, easy to navigate and the few spins I played on the Cleopatra and Rainbow Riches slots proved to me that the mobile version of this casino is of a high standard.

Play Jango customer support is available through email and live chat but to be perfectly honest with you, I couldn’t have been more dissapointed!
On opening my account, the welcome bonus had been automatically added so after reading the terms and conditions relating to the offer, I jumped on to live chat to ask them to remove it.
The alarm bells started to ring when the live chat window opened and it stated that they are ‘currently replying in a few hours’
I left a message asking for the bonus to be removed as well as sending an email to Play Jango customer support with the same request.
I logged into my account the following morning and noted that there had not been a reply in the live chat or by email.
Over the next two days I contacted the customer support five times without a reply and as I used an email tracker tool, I could see that the emails were being opened and read but not replied to.
At this stage, I was ready to just withdraw my deposit and not bother playing but it is not possible to make a withdrawal with an active bonus in place, and the instructions are to contact customer support to remove the bonus before a withdrawal to be made!
I can only say it was an extremely frustrating experience which was only resolved when I eventually received a reply in the live chat informing me that the bonus had just been removed, more than 60 hours after the original request.

As the UKGC requires, Play Jango needs to verify the identity of all players. This process begins when you sign up, and is followed immediately by the verification of your phone number.
Later, the casino may require you to send in documents as proof of your information. You can, and it is recommended, send the documents before the casino asks for them. This way your withdrawal process is not delayed by the verification.
Documents you need to send may include:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Proof of deposit
All documents can be safely uploaded in your account settings.
I noted that during the Play Jango registration process the possibility of account verification was mentioned several times but I did not receive a request when opening an account or when making a withdrawal.
I checked the Upload Documents section of the Play Jango website and it looks very simple to use, advising customers exactly which documents are required and how to upload them.
UK punters have a all the basics covered. There aren't many deposit and withdrawal options available, but what's there is good. Debit cards, PayPal and Trustly covers what most people need.
The minimum deposit is £10 and the minimum withdrawal is £30.
There are four deposit options available, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Trustly and Paypal.
There is a minimum deposit of £10 for each method with no fees so I decided to make a deposit using my Starling Mastercard.
I tried three times but kept getting an error message saying that I had entered an incorrect 16 digit number (I hadn’t) so I tried to make a deposit with my Monzo card, again with the same message.
I ended up using my Starling bank account with Trustly and this time, the deposit went through instantly.
When it came to making a withdrawal from my Play Jango account, the money landed in my Starling account 12 hours after the withdrawal had been requested.
Mastercard 1-3 working days, Visa 1-3 working days, Trustly 0-2 working days, PayPal 0-2 working days
