On Swanky Bingo, you'll find a handful of bingo rooms with options of 30, 75, 80, and 90-ball games. The game provider behind the games is Pragmatic Play, which is mostly known for online slots - though its game portfolio also includes table games and live dealer games.

The bingo category currently has a total of nine rooms. When you open any of the rooms for the first time, you'll have to type in your desired player name. Then, you can proceed to buy tickets for the game and access the actual Pragmatic Play's bingo lobby. In the lobby, you're able to have up to three rooms open simultaneously.

I recommend always opening the actual bingo lobby to see the next game rounds because what you see on Swanky Bingo's game listing isn't correct. For example, to me, it showed that the next possible round would start in 3 hours in Zoom Room. When I opened the Pragmatic Play's lobby (by clicking on any of the room thumbnails) I started to see only minutes and seconds for when the next rounds were starting.

In the lobby, you're able to quick buy, pre-buy, and buy tickets for any of the rooms with ease. The cheapest tickets start from 1p each, and the most expensive tickets cost 25p. Naturally, the more you pay per ticket, the better the possible winnings too. On each room's info box, you can see the current progressive pot along with the fixed jackpot.

I really like Pragmatic Play's bingo software and rooms. I think they're nicely designed, look very clean, and are easy to understand. Buying tickets is hassle-free, and there's just something to be able to choose your own dauber shape and colour. I'd even go as far as saying that Pragmatic Play's bingo platform provides some of the best bingo games online.

Swanky Bingo is bursting at the seams with other games. There are slots, table games, live dealer games, jackpots, slingo games, scratchers... You name it, Swanky's got it. I had some hopes of at least marking games as my favourites since there is a category called 'My Faves', but it's just a random collection of 20 games and no real possibility to tag games as faves. Why having this category at all is beyond my comprehension.

Like all other Jumpman websites, Swanky Bingo's support leaves much to be desired. There is no live or phone support available, so your only options are to check the FAQ page or send an email.

I think that today not having live chat support is just out of the question. When I'm in trouble and need help, I want to be able to get a hold of an agent on the spot, not send them an email and wait 24 hours for a reply.
