Free Spirit Bingo review - Fast facts

Free Spirit Bingo is a curiously branded bingo site that was launched in 2022 and is operated by the well-known Jumpman Gaming Ltd. The site offers a handful of Pragmatic Play's bingo games and more than 2,000 other casino games for customers' entertainment.

While the site is branded and named with a heavy emphasis on bingo, there's actually not that much bingo going on. To me, this feels very contradictory, and it's like the site knowingly wants to attract bingo players, but I can't really understand why. Aside from the name and the few bingo games, most of the site's content and promotions seem to be directed at casino gamers.

Free Spirit Bingo welcomes new players with a no-deposit bonus of 20 free spins, which is a treat for any bonus hunter. For new depositors, Free Spirit Bingo offers a spin on the Multiplier Wheel holding bonuses worth up to 10x deposit sum. Before hurrying to claim these bonuses, I recommend reading the bonus section of this review. The promotion includes some not-so-fun details I think everyone should be aware of first.

My overall experience of the site isn't looking good, I'm afraid. Free Spirit Bingo does have some charisma, mostly because of the welcome bonus and the high-quality games. However, the way Free Spirit Bingo has executed their welcome bonus, the lack of live chat support, and various other negative details make sure I will not be returning to this site any time soon.

Free Spirit Bingo bonuses

Free Spirit Bingo has prepared a welcome bonus package for all newcomers:

  • 1st deposit bonus: Win up to 10x / £2,000 your deposit
  • 2nd and 3rd deposit bonuses: Win up to 10x / £2,000 your deposit

While some players do love the essence of mystery in the offer, some might not like it as much as regular bonus offers with fixed sums. The latter is easy to understand since it's very much possible to win absolutely nothing from the Multiplier Wheel.

If the Multiplier Wheel stops on the best possible segment, you can claim a bonus worth 10x your initial deposit. The maximum bonus of £2,000 can be achieved with a first deposit of at least £200. This sounds like a sweet deal until we look at the T&Cs, which say that the maximum conversation of each of the bonuses is equal to lifetime deposits and only up to £250. And, this is after completing the rather high wagering requirement of 65 times the bonus sum.

The deposit bonus deal looks very nice on the surface, but sadly the restrictive winning caps, together with the towering wagering requirements, make a challenge I'm not too sure is worth the time.

18+. New UK players only. 1st, 2nd and 3rd deposits can claim a spin on the Multiplier Wheel and win up to 10x the initial deposit. Max bonus: £2,000 per spin. Minimum deposit: £10 for each time. Compare Free Spirit Bingo bonus

Free Spirit Bingo's welcome bonus is quite something else. Sure, it has the potential of ten-folding your deposit, but the terms are quite horrid when compared to other bingo bonuses. Not only is the wagering hard, it also has a strict withdrawal limit.

With our tool below, it's easy to see how Free Spirit Bingo's bonus compares with other bingo promotions. If you want to compare this bonus with some other site than what's now shown, you can change the site of comparison by selecting the grey magnifier.

Free Spirit Bingo provides a total of eight bingo games by Pragmatic Play. The game thumbnails show the countdown to the next game round, the number of players that have purchased tickets, and the total prize. The bingo variants available are 30, 75, 80, and 90 balls.

Weirdly, the countdown on the thumbnails is different from what can be seen by opening one of the games and proceeding to the actual bingo hall with the rooms stacked. While the thumbnails say the next possible game round starts in 2 hours and 2 minutes, the bingo hall's thumbnails have much shorter waiting times starting from just a few seconds. This took me a while to notice and at first, I was genuinely shocked that I'd have to wait for hours before I could try any of the games.

It seems that the bingo hall, supplied by Pragmatic Play to house their bingo games, has been very clumsily implemented on the Free Spirit Bingo's site. Free Spirit Bingo should definitely either present the bingo hall better or, at least have some instructions on how to properly open it to have the best view of the rooms. The bingo hall itself has some useful filter options and feels like a different site altogether.

With the bingo hall open, you're able to pre-buy tickets without the need for the rounds to become active, and even play minigames while you're waiting for the bingo to start. There are 10 of Pragmatic Play's slots to choose from, so not much but definitely better than nothing. You're also allowed to have up to three separate bingo games open at the same time.

Free Spirit Bingo has a decent bingo selection but there are many more interesting bingo games out there. Explore the amazing world of bingo games in our dedicated Bingo games UK page.

Free Spirit Bingo has a rather extensive repertoire of casino games. Extending over 2,100 titles, you can play slots, jackpots, table games, scratchers, and live games. They come from such providers as NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin, NextGen Gaming, Slingo, Eyecon, Push Gaming, Inspired, Leander, Playson, Light & Wonder, Yggdrasil, and many more. There are approximately 23 game suppliers but no way to filter the games by providers or see the actual list of these providers on the site.

I may not be a fan of the game lobby design as it's hard to search and find games in such a big library as this one. There are a few categories, but they're not as helpful as they could be. There's even a category called ‘My Faves' which led me to believe that I could mark games as my favourites. However, the category actually just holds a few preselected games chosen for reasons unknown to me.

At least there is plenty to choose from. All of the game providers are of high quality, and for bingo players especially I would recommend trying slingo games. They are games with features of bingo and slots combined.

There is also a nice range of live dealer games supplied by OnAir Entertainment, Pragmatic Play, and Authentic Gaming. These can be found clumped together with regular table games.

Desktop game information

  • Slots: 2100
  • Jackpot games: 77
  • Table games: 33
  • Scratch cards: 61
  • Live games: 44

Free Spirit Bingo supports a handful of banking options, of which the most convenient ones would be PayPal and debit cards.

Pay by Mobile is an option as well, but Free Spirit Bingo has decided to add fees on all deposits and withdrawals made on mobile. So, if you want to avoid paying the processing fee of £2.50 each time you want to make a deposit or withdraw your winnings, choose any other method from the list.

Payment method Deposit minimum Withdrawal minimum Possible fees
 Visa £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Mastercard £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
PayPal £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Skrill £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Neteller £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Pay by Phone £5 £2.50 on £5 deposits
Bank Transfer £10 £2.50 on WD

I would say PayPal is a good option here as you can also use the Quick Registration through it. If you would like to learn more about PayPal, you can check our complete PayPal guide.

The average withdrawal time for Free Spirit Bingo is 3-5 business days.

Free Spirit Bingo aims to process all withdrawal requests within 2 working days. However, the time to receive your funds will also depend on the chosen banking provider's own checkups.

Here are the casino's estimates for each withdrawal method:

  • Mastercard: 3-5 working days
  • Visa: 3-5 working days
  • Wire transfer: 3-5 working days
  • Skrill: 1-3 working days
  • NETELLER: 1-3 working days
  • PayPal: 1-3 working days

  • Email support: ✅
  • Live support:
  • Phone support:

Free Spirit Bingo offers only email support, so it's not great. According to the site, you can expect a reply from the support team within 2 business days. This means there is currently no quick way to resolve any possible issues with the site.

The site does provide a FAQ page with most of the general questions answered, but it's only a small consolation.

Most online bingo sites provide their players with fast live support that customers can trust to get fast answers and fixes to their problems. Having live chat customer service says the site wants to serve players best way possible. This is why I'm at a slight loss to understand why any modern-day site would fail to have live chat support.

Because Free Spirit Bingo is a UK-licensed bingo site, they need to comply with the UK Gambling Commission and verify the age and ID of their players.

At Free Spirit Bingo, you need to fill out a form when you sign up or use PayPal for quick registration. The form requires such details as your basic information and your address. After this, you can log in to the site but to be able to deposit or withdraw, you need to have your account verified.

Free Spirit Bingo needs you to provide them with:

  • Proof of your identity (such as a driving license, or passport)
  • Proof of your address (a utility bill or bank statement, no older than 3 months)
  • Proof of payment method (such as a photo of your debit card showing the last name and last 4 digits)

You can upload the documents easily by opening your account information and selecting ‘Upload documents'. Be sure to check the additional instructions for selecting the document type and accepted file formats.

Free Spirit Bingo states they aim to review the uploaded documents within 3 business days. If you want to ensure the smoothest possible experience, we recommend completing this KYC process as soon as you can.

There are various tools for responsible gambling at Free Spirit Bingo we recommend using. By scrolling down at the front page of the site, you can select ‘Responsible gaming'.

From this page, you can proceed to:

  • Set and adjust deposit limits
  • Apply a reality check
  • Apply for a break
  • Completely self-exclude your account

For setting and adjusting these options you do not need to contact customer support, which is good as there is no live chat support available and the only way to talk with a customer representative is by email.

If you enjoyed this, you can check out Free Spirit Bingo sister site Swanky Bingo, which also runs on the Jumpman Limited platform.

If you want something different, here are some other bingo sites we have reviewed.

  • Rainbow Riches Bingo: Rainbow Riches is a visually stunning bingo site that lures you in with its famous title. In addition to just the name and good bingo rooms, they also run some nice bonus offers.
  • Fabulous Bingo: Fabulous Bingo is a modern bingo site with a minimalistic style. It is super easy to use because everything is clean and properly organised.
  • Mr Spin Bingo: Mr Spin is a pocket-sized bingo site which maybe lean a bit heavily on the idea that mobile casinos need to be small. Unique, but perhaps a little limited.
  • Double Bubble Bingo: Double Bubble Bingo is a blast from the past, or at least the theme is. This 50s-styled bingo site is full of amazing bingo rooms, and the bonuses are as sweet as apple pie.
