Casiku Casino From Bojoko's Point of View

From Bojoko's point of view, Casiku Casino is as good as one would expect from White Hat Gaming Ltd. The site was clearly developed mobile first, as the lobby encourages swiping to see more of the highlighted game categories.

Casiku Casino was launched in November 2024. For UK gamblers, it offers 2,000+ casino games, a handful of payment methods, live chat support, bonuses, and a loyalty program.

The sign-up process is quite easy and done in just a couple of minutes. After verifying your email, you're good to go.

While Casiku is well-built and offers a big game selection, it's not entirely without flaws. Customer support isn't available 24/7, withdrawal processing can take up to 48 hours, and the deposit bonus has notably high wagering requirements.

I had no problems whatsoever navigating Casiku, but I wasn't really blown away, either. Casiku seems to lack uniqueness, yet then again, that's a problem all white label sites face.

Overall, the site is very neat-looking and well-executed, making it a great casino for beginners.

Casiku Welcome Bonus

Casiku Casino has an interesting offer for first-time depositors. Register a new account and deposit £20 or more to get:

You need to wager at least £20 in casino games before Casiku adds the bonus spins to your account.

The deposit and bonus both need to be wagered 40 times to complete the wagering requirement. To put it simply, if you deposit £20 and receive a £30 bonus, you need to wager £4,000 in total.

There are no wagering requirements on bonus spin winnings, but winnings made with spins are capped at £2,100.

Casiku Casino first deposit offer

Significant terms: 18+. New players only. Min deposit £20. Offer: 150% first deposit bonus up to £30 on slots + 50 wager-free spins valid on Big Bass Splash. To claim the spins: min of £20 first cash deposit wagered on slots by 23:59 GMT. Spins credited the next day and valid until 23:59 GMT. Spin winnings credited as cash and capped at 2100. Bonus funds are separate to cash funds and subject to 40x wagering requirement (bonus + deposit). Only bonus funds count towards wagering contribution. £5 bonus max bet. Bonus funds must be used within 30 days. Affordability checks apply. Full terms and Bonus terms apply. GambleAware.org.

Casiku Promo Code

You don't need a promo code to claim the bonus at Casiku.

Casiku Loyalty Program

Casiku has a point-based loyalty program. In addition to the welcome bonus, you get 500 points upon your first deposit.

After that, you'll receive 10 points for every deposited £10, and you can further earn points by playing. As soon as you've accumulated at least 1,000 points, you can convert them into bonus cash.

Every 1,000 points equal to £5. Any converted bonus cash needs to be wagered 40x.

Additionally, Casiku runs a weekly loyalty raffle, in which you can win up to £100 cash. To participate, you need only earn points.

Compare Casiku Bonus Offer

Comparing Casiku Casino's bonus reveals its good and not-so-great features.

While it's great that the offer includes wager-free spins, the wagering requirements imposed on the deposit bonus are more than double the industry average. Asking players to wager 40 times the deposit plus bonus is a tall order when there's a long list of low-wagering casinos available.

Take, for example, Rhino.bet Casino, which offers 75 bonus spins for a minimum deposit of £25. Rhino.bet only asks players to wager the spin winnings 10 times, which is significantly less than the total of 80x demanded by Casiku.

Casiku Game Suppliers

Casiku boasts a long list of big-name game suppliers, such as Play'n GO, NetEnt, Games Global, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution. You can even select only your favourite supplier at the game lobby, and see all the available titles by that studio only.

NetEnt Microgaming WMS (Williams Interactive) Play'n GO Thunderkick IGT 1x2 Gaming
Evolution Gaming Pragmatic Play Authentic Gaming

Casiku's game selection is very heavily focused on slots. Approximately 95% of the total number of games are slots, and there are over 80 game providers involved. So, if slots are what you love, Casiku is your place to be.

In addition to slots, Casiku's game lobby offers jackpots, table games, scratchers, slingo games, and crash games, topped with live dealer rooms. I'd say that the variety available here suits most gamblers.

I'm not a fan of swiping to see more games, but luckily Casiku has implemented good filtering tools in its lobby. Next to the categories, you'll find a search bar and a button that reveals a few more filters.

However, only after registering with Casiku can you get access to the link "advanced customisation". This lets you choose the desired volatility levels, special features, and themes.

With the advanced filters, it's really easy to narrow down the results and play only games that suit your tastes. The only thing missing is the ability to choose to view only games within a certain RTP range. This way, it would be easy to find the best RTP slots.

Additionally, clicking on the small information tag on the game thumbnail presents you with a short introduction to the game, as well as the RTP percentage and provider name.

Game Information

  • Games: 2200+
  • Slots: 2100+
  • Table games: 70+
  • Jackpot games: 125+
  • Crash games: 5+

The number of games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The numbers may change when new providers are included and new games are added.

Casiku's live casino section offers traditional blackjack, craps, baccarat and roulette tables. There are also highly popular game shows, such as Crazy Pachinko, Dream Catcher, Extra Chilli Epic Spins, and Balloon Race Live.

Clicking on the information tab on any of the live game thumbnails shortly explains the game and shows the RTP and provider name.

The only improvement I'd like to see here is having more filters. Now, all the live dealer games are stuffed under one category instead of respective sub-categories.

Live Game Information

  • Total number of live casino games: 100+

Casiku Casino doesn't have a dedicated mobile app, but as the site is optimised for players on the go, you can easily access it on your mobile phone.

Simply open the Casiku Casino website in your browser, just as you would with any other online site. All the games run smoothly, with no need for additional downloads.

Using Casiku on mobile is intuitive and effortless. The importance of effective game filters is truly highlighted when browsing through thousands of games on smaller screens.

Casiku Casino supports several payment methods, including debit cards, instant bank transfers, and e-wallets. The minimum deposit is £20 across all methods, and the same limit applies to withdrawals.

The table below shows all the available options:

Payment Method Min Deposit Min Withdrawal Possible Fees
Visa £20 £20 -
Mastercard £20 £20 -
Trustly £20 £20 -
Instant Bank Transfer £20 £20 -
Paysafecard £20 -
Neteller £20 £20 -
Skrill £20 £20 -

What's worth noting is that there are no withdrawal fees on any of the methods.

The average withdrawal time at Casiku is 1-3 working days. However, the casino reserves up to 48 hours for processing withdrawal requests, which is quite a long time these days.

I also recommend verifying your account before your first withdrawal request. If you don't, you risk your waiting period to be even longer if or when Casiku decides it's time to ask you for the KYC documents.

Here are the estimated transfer speeds without the processing time:

  • Mastercard: 1-3 business days
  • Visa: 1-3 business days
  • Trustly: 1-24 hours
  • Neteller: 1-24 hours
  • Skrill: 1-24 hours
  • Instant Bank Transfer: 1-24 hours
  • Wire Transfer: 1-5 business days

Contacting Casiku's live chat support was easy. I got into chatting with the agent within seconds, but it seemed the answers were taking some time.

After five minutes, I asked if the agent was still there. They replied that they were "currently working on multiple chats" and asked for more time to review my query. While understanding that live chat agents can indeed get busy, I was still a bit taken aback at this blunt announcement and felt like I was just wasting their time.

The time of my initial message, including the question, was 11.57 a.m. After a 24-minute wait, the chat agent transferred me to a senior support agent. Finally, after a bit over half an hour, I got a prompt answer to my question.

So, after I was switched to the senior agent, everything went smoothly. Still, the first 24 minutes are something I can't ever get back.

The live chat is open 24/7. Additionally, you can email Casiku at support@casiku.com or check the FAQ section.

Casiku needs to verify each player's identity at some point, so it's smart to do it as soon as you can, even if the casino hasn't asked you to do it yet.

When you want to verify your account, do it via the uploader page once you've logged in. You also have the option to send the documents via email (accounts@casiku.com). I personally don't recommend this, as it may take up to 48 hours for Casiku to review the documents sent to their email.

What Casiku requires from you:

  • Proof of ID (such as passport, ID card, driving licence)
  • Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement)

At Casiku, open "My Account" and the tab "Responsible Gambling" to find all the tools you can use to set healthy gambling limits. Your options here are:

  • Set Reminder
  • Deposit Limits
  • Time-out
  • Self Exclusion
  • Payday tool
  • Clock Off

Most of these tools are self-explanatory, like deposit limits and self-exclusion. However, I wasn't familiar with the one called Payday tool. After selecting it, the page just shows me a dropdown menu, a calendar covering this and next month, and a password field.

Since the page itself didn't explain how the tool works and neither was FAQ helpful, I contacted customer support.

Customer service explained that, with the Payday tool, a player can select a date they get paid, and a time period after that in which they can't gamble at Casiku. I thought this was a neat tool and one I'd like to see other casinos using as well.

As a member of the White Hat Gaming Casino family, Casiku has numerous sister sites. Our experts have reviewed, amongst others, these:

  • SpinYoo: SpinYoo is a fun casino site that was launched in 2021. It provides daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, fast withdrawals and plenty to play.
  • Barz Casino: Edgy and stylish, Barz Casino entices visitors with its cool design, great bonuses, and thousands of slots.
  • Jackpot Village: Jackpot Village is a luxurious site with a wide variety of jackpot slots. It's also a good pick for those who prefer to play on the go, as it's fully optimised for mobile users.
