Despite missing several tournaments this year, Ronnie O'Sullivan made a comeback at the Crucible and the World Snooker Championship. There were a lot of question marks about his form, his cue and everything that had happened but it seems "The Rocket" is back in full force.
Check below for all the most interesting odds for Ronnie O'Sullivan in this years Snooker World Championship. Can he break the record for his 8th Crucible title, perhaps?
Odds for Ronnie O'Sullivan current match and his tournament odds are listed below.
Odds updated 24rd April before the 1st session against Pang Junxu.
Ronnie showed his class in his first match against Ali Carter and winning the 2nd session 5-0. Ali did some favours for O'Sullivan by leaving some opportunities, but you can't deny Ronnie was back with superb form. You could argue Ali Carter is better than Pang Junxu and that's why Ronnie goes into his 2nd match as a big favourite.
In their last head-to-head, Pang Junxu actually beat Ronnie by 6-4 in last years International Championship tournament in the 2nd round. Playing in Crucible and to 13 frame victories might be too much for Pang, but the bookies are giving him some lucrative handicaps, though. We still believe Ronnie will win, but Pang will not make it easy.
Our prediction: Pang Junxu +5.5 frames @ 4/11 @ BetUK↗

Before the tournament, Judd Trump, Mark Selby, Kyren Wilson, Ronnie O'Sullivan and a dark horse Zhao Xintong were placed as the favourites by the bookies. After the first round, the defending champion Kyren Wilson is already out of the tournament.
Zhao could very well be a surprise winner, but does he have the experience needed to withstand the pressures of Crucible? The other 3 O'Sullivan, Trump and Selvy together hold 12 World titles between them.
