Bingo.com Casino Review - Great Game Selection

Bingo.com (UK) is famous for its quality real-money bingo games. In recent years, they have expanded to feature top online slots and table games, whilst running regular gaming tournaments with massive prizes up for grabs.

If you want to play bingo in a sociable atmosphere, then look no further than Bingo.com. The site is rich with top-notch slot games and also includes a live casino, but it is bingo where it really shines.

Since launching in 1999, they have been providing gamers with a safe and fair environment, holding a gambling license from both the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. With its stylish yet easy-to-navigate layout, Bingo.com has made it easy to find your way around its numerous gaming options.

A lot of care has been put into the user experience to mimic real bingo games. The website can feel slow at times - especially when you load up multiple rooms. Appearance-wise, it may feel outdated, but as the saying goes, "If something works, don't change it."

Most impressively, there are plenty of bingo rooms running a variety of 75-ball and 90-ball bingo games, progressive jackpot prize pools and an excellent range of promotions and specials.

They have a simple sign-up process, which saw me enjoying a game of bingo within minutes. I did have trouble with the welcome offer, but customer support got it sorted immediately. The lack of a bonus may be disappointing, but the amount of extra things you receive whilst playing does make up for it.

Bingo.com Bonuses and Promotions

Unfortunately, Bingo.com does not currently offer any kind of welcome bonus for new players.

If you are an active player, you can get some perks later down the line. They have ongoing bonuses, like getting bonus spins from bingo games and slots tournaments, but these are not quite the same as a welcome bonus.

You can check out what the best bonus casino is in the UK on our dedicated bonus page. You can find out what kind of offers there are.

Compare Bingo.com Casino Bonus

Bingo.com's lack of a casino bonus is a noticeable downside when compared to what other casinos are doing. Players are expecting to get a booster of some kind when they start, but Bingo.com has nothing available.

Fortunately, Bingo.com has bonuses for existing players, meaning that you get a little something when you stay and play.

You can compare Bingo.com and other online casinos to see just how much better your start can be. You can change the casino on the right by selecting the magnifier icon and typing in another brand.

Bingo.com Casino Game Suppliers

Bingo.com doesn't have an extensive list of game suppliers, but don't let that keep you from trying this casino. The suppliers here are top-quality, and most of them are known for hundreds of magnificent titles.

NetEnt Microgaming Play'n GO NYX IGT Quickspin Elk Studios
Evolution Gaming

You are in for a thrilling time when you become a Bingo.com player. As the name suggests, this is a bingo site first and a casino second. That being said, being second here is still amazing.

I thought, first things first. As the room was so calling, I decided to go for the Glamour Hall because it was shiny and pink. I bought 10 tickets for £1 and sat back to wait for the game to start. The room has a simple aesthetic, with a chat room on the right side so you can chat with fellow players. This gives it a more sociable feel, similar to the real experience. The players in the Glamour Hall were quite chatty, too, so it made it even more fun.

Apart from the usual bingo games, you can also win what is called a progressive jackpot. If you manage to hit the full house within a range of balls, you will get an even larger win. You can join multiple rooms at once, but if you prefer to stick to one, you also have a range of mini-slots to play above the chatbox.

You can read more about the bingo games in our Bingo.com bingo review.

Bingo.com also offers many of the major casino games you expect to find on other casino sites, including all your favourite slots and progressive jackpots.

You can find games created and developed by leading providers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, ELK Studios, Play‘n GO and Big Time Gaming, amongst many others. There are thousands of games to pick and choose from, including video slots, classic slots and jackpot games.

Don't know where to start as a beginner? Try NetEnt's slot Starburst. It's a simple but modern online slot with paylines from both sides and expanding sticky Wilds.

If you want to kick up your gaming experience up a notch, try out the jackpot games, including Mega Moolah, Wheel of Wishes, Arabian Nights, Mega Fortune Dreams, Divine Fortune and many more.

Alternatively, you can enjoy a range of popular table games and video poker options, including Blackjack and Roulette.

I was generally very pleased with how the casino site functioned. Playing was fast, things worked like they should, and everything was smooth.

Game Information

  • Games: 3,800
  • Slots: 3,300
  • Table games: 20
  • Jackpot games: 50
  • Crash games: 3

The number of games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The numbers may change when new providers are included and new games are added.

Players who want to enjoy an authentic casino experience, better head to the live casino section, which is brimming with top player favourites, supplied by Evolution Gaming.

You can find all classic games, including Live Blackjack, Live Roulette and Live Baccarat. You can also find newer and exciting titles, including Dream Catcher, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Live, Deal or No Deal and Super Sic Bo.

I went in for a few games of Roulette, which were quite enjoyable. I then decided to try my hand at Casino Hold ‘em. I love a good game of poker, and this was the first time I tried this game. It feels like a cross between normal Texas Hold'em and Blackjack as you play against the house. It is quite fun, and there is a bit of skill involved. However, I was most impressed by the quality of the live feed and the experience offered by the very professional live dealer.

My favourite live games are live game shows, where the excitement is often through the roof.

Live Game Information

Playing on the go should not be a problem when you are playing at Bingo.com. You can either download the Bingo.com mobile casino app, available for Apple and Android devices or play directly from your web browser.

Bingo.com offers a fully optimized experience when playing on mobile. The bingo section looks a lot sleeker than their desktop version, however, on a desktop, it is easier to follow the game. The mobile experience is more user-friendly as you can quickly change rooms and keep track of different games in any other rooms you might be playing in.

Even considering these points I do prefer the desktop experience as it is a lot more sociable. You can see the names of who is closest to winning, and the chat room is readily available rather than having to click for it which makes it closer to real-life bingo.

Besides the obvious slot games, you can enjoy bingo games, video poker and a range of progressive jackpot games. All of these games can be played on your smartphone or tablet, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

If you're an iPhone user and want to see more great mobile casinos be sure to browse our extensive list of iPhone online casino sites.

Bingo.com is a highly established and experienced operator. They offer several safe payment methods to their players. You can make deposits via one of the below methods:

Payment method Min deposit Min withdrawal Possible fees
Visa £10 £15 -
Mastercard £10 £15 -
Skrill £10 £10 -
PayPal £10 £10 -
Apple Pay £10 £10 -
Bank Transfer £10 £10 -
Paysafecard £10 -

You can deposit money through all the usual payment providers but I chose to deposit via Visa and I was ready to play there and then. A minimum deposit of £10 was needed, which is a very common and decently low limit.

I was lucky enough to get 2 substantial full-house bingo wins (yay!). After going through the other games and live casino I decided to cancel my bonus to be able to withdraw the money without wagering.

Bingo.com withdrawal time is, on average, 1-3 working days. You can see the full list of withdrawal methods and their respective processing times:

  • Mastercard: 3-5 working days
  • Visa: 3-5 working days
  • Bank transfer: 0-1 working days
  • Wire transfer: 1-3 working days
  • Skrill: 0-1 working days
  • PayPal: 0-1 working days

Withdrawing is easy and I was able to do it in just a few clicks. Even the standard methods, like bank transfer are rapid. This is a fast bank transfer casino with under-24-hour payouts.

I received an email almost immediately letting me know the money will be with me between 1-3 days. I asked for the withdrawal on Saturday afternoon. By Tuesday morning the money was in my account via a Kindred Group payment. Top marks all around!

Bingo.com has a dedicated Help section that covers a range of topics. If you still need help, their customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat.

When I signed up, I had a slight problem with the bonus. I went onto the live chat and was immediately greeted by Keith, who was very polite and helpful.

To get to the chat option you first need to go to the help centre, look through the FAQs and then you'll get an option to chat. Ideally, a contact button is available throughout rather than having to click through. Bingo.com does have a very extensive list of FAQs with a convenient search box helping you find your answer quickly if you have a general query.

In early 2025, Bingo.com streamlined their support to faster serve their customers. Phone and email support are no longer available in the UK, and all help will be provided via the help centre and live chat.

Bingo.com is obliged by law to verify the identity of their players. These essential steps are carried out to protect the players and to prevent any potential money-laundering and fraud attempts.

To verify your account smoothly and successfully, you'll be asked to submit the following documentation:

  • Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
  • Proof of Payment Method

Creating the account was simple and swift. They asked for the usual information such as name, email, address and phone number. I didn't need to verify my email address but was greeted with a friendly email in my inbox which promoted the welcome offer.

Even though I deposited £40 and withdrew £130 I wasn't asked for any documentation. Knowing how strict UKGC is, this felt somewhat unusual. Maybe because I chose to deposit using a Santander debit card and I provided all my details including phone number, Bingo.com was able to verify my account automatically.

Review by Bullish
I've never been much of a bingo man, but this site is actually quite nice. Both bingo and casino offers a lot to play and the bonus is a decent one as well. Not big but nice as you can deposit just a little amount and try the games. The site looks quite cute as the graphics are really simple but the colours are really nice.
