mFortune's brand is one of the most well-known names in the online gambling industry in the UK, as the brand has been around since 2007. mFortune is also known for only offering games that are developed by InTouch Games, which operates mFortune along its sister sites as well.

mFortune Bingo attracts new players by offering a mystery no-deposit bonus which can leave you with up to a £10 bonus for free. Besides the no-deposit and first-deposit bonuses, the site constantly runs fun promotions and contests, in which you can participate by following the brand's Facebook page or Twitter account.

For bingo players, mFortune provides a set of in-house developed bingo rooms you can play on both desktop and mobile. Just note, that for mobile bingo you'll need to download and install mFortune's dedicated app. The mobile-first approach is pretty clear with mFortune, but it feels curious that the games still open up in a small window like the old Microgaming casinos used to do. Furthermore, the mandatory mobile app for bingo is a real blast from the past.

The casino side doesn't offer much to do with only 100 or so titles available compared to other sites that can carry thousands of games. But, for a beginner-level player, mFortune might be the perfect starting point. The site itself is pretty straightforward and while the options are limited, they can make things much easier.

Most of mFortune's bingo and casino games have progressive jackpots attached to them. Because of this, almost any game you play at mFortune can hit a big jackpot win!

mFortune has a nice bag of bonus treats for each new member.

First, there's a no-deposit bonus: sign up and win up to a £10 bonus. Once you've signed up to mFortune, you'll have a chance to win up to £10 for free.

Second, there's a deposit bonus on offer. Deposit £10 or more, and you'll receive a deposit match bonus of up to 200% (£100 maximum), and up to 100 bonus spins on the Super Win 7s slot.

Up to a £10 bonus for free is definitely nothing to be sneered at when knowing how scarce no-deposit bonuses are. It does come with somewhat strict bonus terms and conditions, as you first need to wager it 40 times in games. If you can manage that, there's a withdrawal limit of £50 on the winnings from this bonus.

The no-deposit bonus offer expires in 7 days, and the first deposit bonus in 30 days. All bonuses, including the no-deposit bonus, come with a 40x wagering requirement attached.

However, according to the bonus T&Cs, bingo games count 1,000% towards the wagering requirement. This means that every £1 you bet on bingo counts as £10 wagered. If you bet the bonus on casino games, then each pound contributes 100% to the wagering requirement.

To put it simply, if you use the bonus in bingo games, you need to wager the bonus 4x instead of 40x.

I'm not really sure how I feel about the deposit bonus being an "up to" bonus as well. Personally, I prefer promotions where I can be sure of what I'm getting for my money. Still, I do see a certain level of attractiveness to this welcome offer as there's always the possibility that you could end up with the maximum bonuses.

Important: The no-deposit welcome bonus of up to £10 is available on multiple InTouch Games' sites, and the maximum withdrawal of £50 is applied across all these brands: mFortune, Mr Spin, Dr Slot, PocketWin, Casino2020, Cashmo, Bonus Boss, Jammy Monkey.

At mFortune Bingo, you're either in for a treat or about to experience a big letdown. This depends on how you feel about a site that offers only their in-house developed games.

InTouch Games both operates the site AND provides all the games here. So, you have a set of bingo, slots and table games that can only be found at mFortune and its sister sites, making them quite unique. On the downside, mFortune's game library doesn't really compare to sites with dozens of game suppliers.

There are currently approx. 11 bingo games available. All the bingo rooms are named after precious gemstones, such as Diamond, Sapphire, and Ruby. Each room is fixed with a progressive jackpot, too.

On a computer, the bingo lobby opens up in a small window that lists all the open bingo rooms, and you'll be accompanied by a cute animated mascot.

This UI reminds me a bit of those old Microgaming sites, which can be endearing or not.

I was a bit annoyed by the mandatory hints of the mascot, as they led me to miss a game round I tried to purchase tickets to.

I did feel a bit conflicted about the game design itself, too. It wasn't too hard to buy tickets and wait for the round to start, and the game automatically zooms to the best ticket and marks off the numbers. However, I soon turned off the audio as the jingle was way too repetitive and started to get on my nerves. The constant bouncing, foot tapping and waving of the mascot above the chat window also began to put me off.

If you wish to play mFortune Bingo on mobile, the site requires you to download an app for it. I'm not a fan of these as I thought mandatory apps were gone. I guess In Touch Games hasn't yet updated their bingo rooms to utilize HTML5, which would make the games run seamlessly on mobile browsers.

I think mFortune Bingo is a great site for beginners to play online bingo, but more experienced players might want something better.

  • Bingo games: 11

Like mFortune's bingo rooms, other game titles here are also developed by InTouch Games. There are nearly 100 slots and almost all of them participate in sharing a pooled jackpot or have an individual progressive jackpot up for grabs.

Again, if you want to play something more exclusive, mFortune is a good site as these games can't be found anywhere else but mFortune and its sister sites. But, should you wish for games from NetEnt, Microgaming, or Pragmatic Play for example, you're in for a disappointment.

There are only two table games under the casino tab, which are European Roulette and 21 Black Jack. So, not much to choose from.

After giving the slots a go, I was positively surprised by how fast they loaded, and how smooth the gameplay was. On a computer, I did notice that the games are clearly meant for mobile gamers as the huge play button covered the entire bottom right corner of the reels. However, the games still opened in a small window like they used to do back in the old days, so this combination feels a tad weird.

I found that I rather liked the That's Norse slot with simple mechanics and free spins feature with semi-sticky Wilds. I also noticed that the upper right corner showed me how much I had won or lost from the starting point. I think little details like these will definitely help keep tabs on any losses.

What I wasn't too fond of was the constant prompt window that kept opening and suggesting I'd deposit more when my balance got too low.

mFortune Bingo provides a well-organised support service that's available via email, live chat, and phone. The live chat service is open from 7:30 am to 22 pm daily. You can also contact them by filling out a form on the "Contact us" page.

I wouldn't skip the mFortune's FAQ section before contacting the support, as the FAQ lists all the frequently asked questions with answers. If your topic or issue is more of a generic type, browsing the FAQ page first might prove quite helpful.

mFortune Bingo requires all players to prove their identity and age before new members can play games here. This is part of their KYC process which is mandatory for all UK-licensed sites.

Once you register a new account with them, mFortune will attempt to verify your information by running an electronic check. If this fails, you need to manually send mFortune documents including:

  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of Payment Method

The documents can be sent via the ID Verification form, where you can check the progress of each document once they're uploaded. The verification team of mFortune aims to review all documents within 24 hours.

mFortune offers an excellent array of responsible gambling tools which can help players to keep gambling fun. You can find these tools under the Safer Gambling page, or click on the shield icon next to "My Account" on the top bar.

The tools include:

  • Deposit limit
  • Session limit
  • Cool down period
  • Self-exclusion
  • Deposit curfew

You can even disable any promotions, which stops mFortune's promotional offers, or close your account indefinitely.

We recommend setting up at least a deposit limit because that's a highly efficient way to make sure you don't lose more than you can afford.
