Introducing Bounce Bingo – a bingo and slots site aimed to offer high-quality entertainment for all UK players.
Being an interesting bingo site, I was eager to see what Bounce Bingo has to offer. Turns out, it is a nice addition to the no wagering casinos which seem to be in fashion right now. Appearance-wise it may feel a bit last decade.
But what it lacks in user experience and web performance it makes up for in bonuses and free games. Bounce Bingo definitely rewards return players with an exciting suite of free to play games and loyalty rewards.
Bounce Bingo is licensed by UKGC and use popular DragonFish platform to guarantee top-notch performance on all devices. Reasons to give Bounce Bingo a chance include:
- Generous first deposit bonus
- No wagering - ever!
- Great selection of bingo games, scratch cards and slots
- Minimum deposit is only £5
Bounce Bingo joins the family of highly popular bingo sites in the UK owned by TAU Marketing Services Ltd, such as Blighty Bingo, Sundae Bingo and Hunky Bingo.
The first priority of the team behind Bounce Bingo is to make each and every new player feel welcomed.
Their generous welcome bonus does exactly that! As soon as you register and deposit, you’ll be able to get your hands on Bounce Bingo welcome offer giving you 1,250 bingo tickets & 10 bonus spins.
- 100 bingo tickets on Street Party Bingo (open daily at 19:30)
- 1,150 bingo tickets on Kaching (open daily at 19:30)
- 10 bonus spins on game of our choice
But that’s not even the best part! The bonus has no wagering requirements, which means that you’ll be able to claim all your winnings in cash.
All you need to do to get your hands on your welcome bonus is to register and use the advertised promo code when you make your first deposit. Immediately after, your bingo will be credited and ready to be used. Once £5 has been played, your bonus spins are credited to your account.
Bounce Bingo’s welcome offer is slightly different than the usual welcome bonuses. Undoubtedly the best thing about Bounce Bingo is that they offer no-wager spins. It might not be a massive amount, but somehow, not having to wager makes it feel like a larger prize.
Another positive about Bounce Bingo is that they have quite a few free to play bingo games where you can win cash. Blighty 90, for example, has a prize pool of £4 and runs every 6 minutes after 16:00BST. Whatever cash you win goes straight to your account and is yours, with no need for wagering.

VIP / Special promotions
At Bounce Bingo, loyalty is another thing that is extremely valued and rewarded. With 15 tiers and daily free spins, daily free bingo tickets, cashback, VIP treatment and more, there’s no wonder players keep coming back again and again.
Both bingo and slots fans find what they’re looking for at Bounce Bingo, which means daily free spins and daily free bingo tickets are both on the menu.
Here’s how it all works: You start at Level 1 and each day you log in, you receive your treats which include free bingo cards which you’ll receive from Level 2 onwards. Even if it hasn't been your month, you’ll get cashback benefits starting from Level 4. Level 12 is where things get even more interesting! Then, you become a true VIP and get your personal manager to take care of any issues. The VIP idea starts even earlier, at Level 10 where you get access to VIP rooms.
To sum up – with each day you visit Bounce Bingo, you receive your daily surprises and rewards!
There is a good selection of bingo games to play. But Bounce Bingo also has a great selection of slot games from big providers. Scratchcards are also available if you want a change of pace.
Players can find a big number of slots and bingo games from various popular suppliers at Bounce Bingo. All games are mobile-friendly meaning both bingo and casino games can be played on desktop, mobile or laptop.
Some of the most popular casino game providers include names such as NetEnt, Microgaming and Williams Interactive. Besides these well-known gaming companies, they also offer titles from smaller studios - Eyecon and SkillzGaming to name just a few.
On desktop, I’m not a fan of having another window opening to play a game. I prefer my game launcher to be integrated within the casino tab I am currently on. This is only a personal preference and I understand some folks would prefer a different window.
Having said that, if I went and chose another game it would have loaded within the same tab as my last game rather than opening a new one. This means losing any settings you might have for the previous game. That is a definite no-no for me.
When it comes to bingo, it’s also not possible to know which room you have tickets in and you’re also unable to enter multiple rooms.
For bingo players, Bounce Bingo has created user-friendly lobby full of 52-ball, 75-ball and 90-ball bingo rooms. Some of these bingos are free for you to try on while others offer huge jackpot prizes.
If you are into scratch cards, they have you covered as well. At Bounce Bingo, you are able to scratch numerous cards, such as Foxin Wins and Gorilla Go Wild, offering lucrative wins.
New releases are added regularly so make sure to check out the lobby for hottest new games.

Bounce Bingo was definitely developed with mobile in mind. In fact, the mobile experience is a lot better than desktop. I played a few rounds of bingo which was very enjoyable.
Bounce Bingo is mobile adaptive and there is no need to separate the games per device. In other words every game and every bingo room that is available on desktop are present on mobile and tablet as well.
User-friendly layout, versatile range of games and good selection of banking methods are just some of the perks of Bounce Bingo's mobile version.
Slot games are also better experienced on the mobile version. This time there are no pesky new windows opening up. Everything is controlled through the same tab.

The team behind Bounce Bingo is extremely serious and dedicated to providing players with a responsible and safe gaming environment. They make sure members have the best gaming experience while preventing compulsive usage, as well as underage access of their gaming products.
Bounce Bingo is licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission which means it's 100% legal and safe for UK players to play on the site.
They have build their site on DragonFish's platform, which is built by 888 Holding plc, London Stock Exchange listed company.
In compliance with all regulations, Bounce Bingo is a regulated company which follows all guidelines published by eCOGRA, meaning you can be sure that all gaming offerings are being correctly and transparently monitored in order to provide full player protection.
In addition, on the site you’ll find 'Responsible Gaming' page where you can find the company policies and helpful tools. Also, you can go to GamCare.org.uk page via a direct link from the Bounce Bingo site and get in touch with them via their HelpLine or NetLine. There’s also a Forum where you’re welcome to participate in discussions on different topics.
Bounce Bingo knows how important is taking care of all the questions and problems. They have a customer support team who are available to answer all your questions.
Anything that you are not sure about or feel confused / unsure, feel free to contact them and ask those questions. For quick help and faster response you can also look at the FAQ section - where there are already answered questions that get asked frequently.
I contacted chat support, which is only available between 13:00 and 19:00. Telephone support is said to be available 24/7. The chat window feels like something out of the 90s and is supported through Globalcom. Mikela on chat, although a little slow, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The night before I had trouble accessing the site at the time a bingo game which I had quite a few tickets for was on. I had no idea what would happen if I wasn’t in the room. Turns out the game is played anyway and if you win, any cash would instantly be credited to your account. In this case, I was unlucky and there were no wins for me
It is also worth mentioning Bounce Bingo has a very extensive list of FAQs which are easy to follow and understand. If you need to contact them via email, the agents will be able to answer your concerns within 48 hours.

All legal gambling sites operating in the UK are required to know their customers. That's the reason why Bounce Bingo is asking you to provide the following documents:
- Photographic ID eg. passport or national ID card
- Proof of address eg. utility bill
- Proof of payment method. For Visa/Mastercard this means copy of the front and back of your card
There’s a bit of a twist in the signup process. You are greeted with a nice message and asked for your name and date of birth. Next, you are invited to enter your address. Here, they make it clear they will be checking it is your correct mailing address in order for your account to be activated.
Step 3 consists of your email, phone number and marketing preferences. Finally, it’s time to choose your username and password. Weirdly enough they also ask for your occupation here.
This is where I hit a snag. I only moved into my new home 2 months ago and the system couldn’t verify my ID automatically. I skipped this space, it took me to the welcome offer, and I continued as normal.
Eventually, I had to complete the verification manually by sending the required documents before I could basically do anything on the casino. One way or another, you need to complete the KYC process in the beginning.
Banking with Bounce Bingo could not be easier! The team has worked hard to allow smooth transactions with deposits and withdrawals. Bounce Bingo offers a variety of different payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and ApplePay.
Minimum deposit is only £5 and funds will be credited immediately into your account. You can make deposits easily directly from game screens, so you don't even have to close your session! Bounce Bingo never charges anything for deposits but some banks may do so.
The casino aims to process all withdrawals quickly, but different payment method takes different times. Minimum withdrawal amount is £5.
You can deposit via Debit Card, Paysafe and PayPal. I chose to go with a debit card. As soon as you click the box about the Funds Protection Information a box pops up explaining what you’re actually agreeing to. This surprised me! So far, it feels like Bounce Bingo are going above and beyond what their UK licence requests from them.
Once you choose your depositing method you can choose how much you want to deposit. Make sure you remember the promo code here, as it is not automatically loaded.
Withdrawing can be done but only after some digging. When I wanted to withdraw I tried looking for some kind of quick access button but I couldn’t find it.
I went through the FAQs where it said to select your profile icon and then select ‘withdraw.’ There is no such button. The only way I was able to withdraw was to click on ‘deposit’, which funnily enough is clearly labelled with a red button in the middle of every screen. I then needed to click the three dots on the left-hand side, click on ‘more options’ and finally choose the withdrawal section.
This was on desktop using Chrome. It might be done on purpose or maybe it’s some kind of UX error but I think you shouldn’t go through a maze to be able to withdraw. I forfeited the free bingo tickets to be able to withdraw half of my deposited £40.
After withdrawing there was no communication for 3 days. It was then that I received an email giving me details about my withdrawal taking 4-7 days. No additional documents were needed to withdraw and the money was with me within 3 days, exactly a week after my withdrawal. This is not a competetive speed by any means. Cutting this time in half would still just make it barely okay.
