There's no easy way to put this - my mobile experience was a disaster. There's no app available, so I loaded up the site in a Chrome browser on my Android phone. Again, I got no confirmation email of my withdrawal attempt. In the end, it took 34 hours to be approved, and a further 2 days to reach my bank account.
