Although the site looks well designed, the layout, navigation and particularly mobile compatibility are pretty bad.
Signing up as a new player was a simple 4-step process. However, when I’d completed everything, I got a screen saying they were unable to verify my personal details. I retyped my name, and it seemed to fix this, not a great start. I landed on the welcome offer page and clicked on ‘Claim Offer’. I got a message which said ‘please rotate your device’ despite using my laptop. To fix this, I had to use firefox to complete my deposit which went through with no issues. Having this double issue really took the edge of my initial experience.
Looking around at the games on offer, most of the categories contain the same games in the same order, so it’s pointless having them. The menu loads a maximum of 10 titles at a time, and you have to use the tiny navigation at the bottom of the screen to see more. It’s far from ideal.
I felt that my overall experience here was far from smooth and compiled with the mobile site issues. Hunky Bingo needs to hire some UX specialists quickly!

After confirming my £40 deposit, the welcome bonus games and spins were revealed by clicking on the present icon in the top right corner. The slide-in menu here had a section for ‘Games Vouchers’ and ‘Bingo Vouchers’. It said that my free spins games vouchers wouldn’t be unlocked until I had wagered at least £5 on bingo games.
I had also claimed the tickets for the free bingo rounds of ‘Street Party’ and ‘Big Bang’ when signing up. My 60 free tickets for Street Party, which were worth 50p each, could only be used 12 at a time. Both games took place in several days' time, so it felt a bit flat as a welcome offer as I wasn’t getting any instant games at all.
After wagering over £5 on bingo, I unlocked my 10 frees spins for Fluffy Favourites, possibly the worst slot game around. Wins were calculated in points and then converted to cash at the end. I won £0.45 from my 10 spins which were instantly added to my cash balance.
I made a withdrawal and forfeited my free bingo games so never got to see if I could have hit the jackpot. However, the freebies kept coming as I played more real money slots and bingo games. There seemed to be something waiting for me in the bonus sidebar each time I logged in, such as 10 free spins on Irish Luck, which won me a mighty £0.15. Having some genuine wager free bonuses is very welcome, however small they are.

There are plenty of bingo games available to play here, including free Bingo, penny bingo and jackpot bingo.
Here is a taste of what’s on offer:
- Penny Bingo: These games are played late in the evening with tickets costing as little as 1p. The prize money is £100.
- BOGOF Bingo: If you love a good bargain, then the Buy One Get One Free games are just up your alley. Tickets cost 5p and rooms come with a progressive jackpot connected to it.
- £10k Sunday: Tickets for this room cost 50p each, but the total prize money to be won is a whopping £10,000.
Hunky Bingo also has a superb collection of slot games. There is more than meets the eye to this site. You can find both classic and modern slot games, including Esqueleto Explosivo, Guns ‘n Roses, Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Monopoly Big Event amongst many others.
To help you navigate around the site there is a search bar provided. This will come especially useful when you are trying to find your favourite slot game.
I delved right into the bingo games and purchased the max quota of cards on Blighty 90 for £4.80. Here I got both a single line and a full house which was a £9 win in total. My second game there didn’t go as well with just a 1 line win. I had a go on Hit 52 where balls are replaced with cards, but the prize was so low I only gained about £0.30 from my win there. Playing a bit of bingo released my 10 free spins on Fluffy Favourites which I played and won a mere £0.45. I then randomly had another 1 free spin to use, but that won nothing.
Whilst playing bingo games you also have the option to play some slots in the column on the right of the screen. I found this more of a distraction as every time the bingo game loaded up, the slots reloaded and flashed away. On my laptop, the slot screen was far too small to play it effectively and see what was going on. Pretty pointless stuff unless you are playing it on your TV screen.
Moving onto the slot games selection, I picked a couple from the ‘Hot Games’ tab. I found it annoying that games opened up in a new window which was easy to lose on my screen if I forgot to close it. Temple of Iris was first up with some £0.40 spins but nothing to report there. I moved onto Rise of Maya, but again there was nothing coming my way. I fell back on a true classic with Immortal Romance, but the vampires weren’t kind to me and just sucked the life out of my funds instead.
In terms of the range of slot games, they seem to have most bases covered, and it’s an impressive selection for a predominantly bingo-based site.

The Hunky Bingo site is fully compatible and optimised to work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices. As a result, there are no mobile casino apps for you to download. You can play directly from your web browser, provided you have a steady internet connection.
You can access hundreds of mobile casino and bingo game options, make deposits and request withdrawals, claim promotions and contact customer support.
Whether you own an iOS, Android, Blackberry or Windows device, you can rest assured that Hunky Bingo works.
There’s no easy way to put this - my mobile experience was a disaster. There’s no app available, so I loaded up the site in a Chrome browser on my Android phone. The screen was all scrunched up and impossible to use in portrait and not much better in landscape mode. I tried to play a game of ‘Wonky Bingo’, but it was impossible to see my card.
Slot games were a different story as they loaded up in a new window so took up the full screen. However, finding them to select was still very tricky because of the mobile un-friendly design here. I had a few £0.10 spins on Piggy Riches Megaways, but it had difficulty connecting to the server and just kept spinning. I had more success on Starburst Touch where I hit a £3.80 win on my first £0.10 spin.
This is the worst mobile experience I’ve had from a casino site in a long time, and they really need a redesign or some kind of dedicated app to fix this quickly.

Live chat here is open for just 6 hours a day in the afternoon/evening time. When I did make an inquiry during those hours, the support assistant answered in just over 2 minutes. They were polite and quickly answered my question about getting some more bonuses so I can’t fault them there. It’s just the limited hours that really let them down and make it feel like a small-time gaming site.
That said, the FAQs section here is pretty comprehensive and had all the stuff most players would need to know. It was weird to see that under support it said ‘Select the 'Contact' tab at the top of this page, and you can then find the free customer support phone number or alternatively, you can use the contact form if you'd prefer’. So I searched the menu under my ‘Useful Links’, and there was a phone number and email. I don’t understand why these are not given when the live chat is offline.

As a licensed operator, Hunky Bingo is obliged by law to verify the age and identity of its players. It is an industry-wide standard and a onetime inconvenience, designed to protect your interests.
- Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
- Proof of Payment Method
My £20 withdrawal didn’t trigger any KYC checks and went through the first time with no issues. Under my account menu, there is a ‘My Documents’ section if I did need to send anything over for verification purposes. Here I could submit a maximum of 3 documents at a time, but there was no additional information about what might be required. There was also no mention of verification in the welcome email, so it’s just a case of wait and see if you get contacted.
You can avail yourself of numerous banking options to make deposits and facilitate withdrawals. You can use debit cards, eWallets such as Paypal and Prepaid Vouchers.
After signing up, I clicked on the deposit at the top of the screen and got a popup with all my payment options. When I selected a payment method, there was a checkbox here to confirm I have read the UKGC compliant funds protection information. When I ticked the box, this info appeared on the screen, and I had to click ‘accept’ to dismiss it.
I initially tried to use Revolut but got an error notification saying ‘Due to regulatory restrictions, we are no longer able to accept credit cards/this card. Please try to use another available payment method (such as a debit card) in order to make a deposit’. I switched to my trusty UK Visa Debit bank card, which worked fine.
The deposit box was cramped up, and I had to zoom out to see all the details properly. Checking the details, the next screen allowed me to enter my desired £40 deposit amount and promo code to trigger the welcome offer. After hitting deposit, the screen gave me full details of my deposit and the free games I’d claimed plus a cheeky little ‘ka-ching’ sound effect. A minus point was the lack of an email confirmation of my deposit. However, my £40 did instantly display as a real cash balance, so I knew it had been a success.
Making a withdrawal was a more confusing affair as the payment menu is hidden in the deposit screen. I had to click ‘Deposit’ then on the small tab on that popup, then click on ‘More Options’ for the full list. I’m not sure why they want to hide it away like this; it feels very dishonest.
When making my withdrawal, it stated that ‘We will attempt to process your request within one business day. However, this timeframe can vary due to unforeseen circumstances’. Again, I got no confirmation email of my withdrawal attempt. In the end, it took 34 hours to be approved, and a further 2 days to reach my bank account.
