Rise Casino Overview

Rise Casino was established in 2018, with a particular focus on online slots and hundreds of them. Partnering up with leading software providers, such as NetEnt and Thunderkick, they are continually working on expanding their already impressive slot collection.

Appearance-wise, Rise Casino is clean and straightforward. From the moment you land on Rise Casino's homepage, you'll quickly spot that the layout has been nicely designed with vibrant and sleek graphics. Overall, the design has been kept simple on purpose. Rise Casino wants their players to find whatever they are looking for with ease, without compromising on quality and experience.

Of course, they also reward their players for their loyalty, so they have a dedicated loyalty program that rewards players with plenty of perks and benefits.

Rise Casino was a part of the 888 Group but has since migrated with other brands to Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, so the design is very similar to other casinos of the same batch.

Rise Casino welcome bonus in a nutshell

When you make your first deposit at Rise Casino, you will get the following bonus as a welcome offer:

Signing up for an account only takes a couple of minutes. Follow the below steps:

The Rise Casino Bonus is underwhelming, to say the least. I don't know if I'm getting greedy and expecting more, but this particular bonus left me quite sad.

Taking the bonus is easy, as all you need is a bonus code, and that's it. There were no hiccups or anything when getting it, but the terms might be something you want to check up on.

The wagering is probably the only decent thing here: 35x for the bonus money and 35x for the spins. For the winnings, there is a cap of £100 + initial deposit and a £10 cap for bonus spins winnings. Talk about a letdown.

Rise Casino's first deposit bonus code is GET100.

Extra and no deposit spins

Seize the opportunity to land yourself, register, deposit a minimum of £20 and get 100 bonus spins on the online slot Fruit Blast. Once granted, your bonus spins are available for 7 days.

Winnings generated from the bonus spins are capped at a maximum of £10. Winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x.

VIP and promotions for existing players

Rise Casino also has a loyalty scheme. As you go up the ranks (which happens according to how much you wager), you start getting daily goodies. The more you play, the better your perks are.

From the moment you make your first deposit, you'll automatically join the Rise Casino rewards programme.

Simply by wagering your first point, you'll reach Level 1. The more you play with real money, the more reward points you'll earn.

Compare Rise Casino bonus

The sign up offer at Rise Casino is a no-nonsense one with clear yet limiting terms. You get a 100% deposit match, which is decent enough but doesn't really knock your socks off with just £20 up for grabs.

To put it simply, when you stack the bonus up against what other UK casinos are throwing into the mix, Rise Casino's doesn't quite hit the mark.

Rise Casino game suppliers

Rise Casino has plenty of high-profile game suppliers in its arsenal. These include the likes of Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Yggdrasil.

However, these game providers do not have their full game portfolio available at Rise Casino. The selection is more hand picked from the top titles of each supplier.

NetEnt Microgaming WMS (Williams Interactive) Yggdrasil iSoftbet Thunderkick NYX
NetEnt Microgaming WMS (Williams Interactive) Yggdrasil iSoftbet Thunderkick NYX

Rise Casino wants to be the one-stop-shop for slot games, but it falls a bit short of that goal. What they have done right is to bring in some well-known developers and pick their best games. What is not so good is the total number of games. They only have a bit over 250 titles on the site.

Even though the top 20 UK casinos might have thousands of games, it's always the quality that matters. If the games on Rise Casino are the kind you like, you get a lot of mileage out of them.

I have always preferred smaller casinos over those that just take everything under the sun and call it a day. It is much less stressful to find a game among some two hundred titles compared to browsing through several thousand slots. This does mean that the casino has to put their best foot forward and actually provide you with quality stuff.

Fortunately, Rise Casino does just that. You can find popular hits like Starburst, Stampede Jackpot, Raging Rhino, Madame Voodoo, Augustus and a whole heap of Slingos.

It's pretty obvious that Rise Casino could use more game categories and filters, but just scrolling through every game isn't a chore.

The biggest issue I found was that there are basically nothing but slots. No table games, no video pokers and no scratchcards in sight. If you want a more table game based casino, consider checking out the best online roulette casinos.

  • Games: 260
  • Slots: 260
  • Table games: 0
  • Jackpot games: 10

These numbers are an approximation at the time of writing this review.

Live dealer games aren't currently available at Rise Casino.

Nothing is stopping you from playing on the go, anytime and anywhere you are. There are no mobile casino apps to download. Instead, you can play directly from your web browser without compromising on quality and experience.

Provided you have a steady internet connection; you'll be able to play hundreds of slot games directly from your web browser.

Rise really shines on mobile. There is no doubt that there's been a lot of focus on making the website fully mobile-optimised. The graphics are a lot more eye-catching, and the navigation feels oh so smooth!

I logged straight in through my Chrome browser on iOS. When I logged in, I felt like playing a bit of a western slot, so I went for Sticky Bandits. This was a good choice, as I kept getting into the mini-slot bonus round, so it was a lot of fun.

Rise Casino only works with the best and most trustworthy payment providers. They also use the latest SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information under wraps.

If there is one thing this casino gets right, it is the ease to deposit. Even though they only receive deposits from debit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay, depositing is a real breeze. Immediately after I signed up, I could go straight to depositing. Within a few minutes, I was spinning those reels.

Payment method Min deposit Min withdrawal Possible fees
Mastercard £10 £10 -
 Visa £10 £10 -
PayPal £10 £10 -
Apple Pay £10 -
Maestro £10 £10 -

To withdraw you will need to go through a few steps. The most straightforward is to click on your total balance. Then click on ‘Cashier' and choose withdrawal.

I withdrew £38 and before I did this, a popup reminded me I was about to lose my bonus money. After I agreed to that the withdrawal request was successfully submitted.

The average withdrawal time at Rise Casino is between 2-5 working days. This is awfully slow for a modern casino.

Our casino testers personal experience was even worse than this.

I got an email about my withdrawal being processed after a week and the money was in my account 3 days later.

That's a total of 10 days from first withdrawing. It doesn't take a genius to see that this is not a good speed when compared to other casinos.

Average withdrawal time by method:

  • Mastercard: 2-7 working days
  • Visa: 2-5 working days
  • PayPal: 2-5 working days
  • Maestro: 2-5 working days

Rise Casino has a comprehensive Help section covering a wide range of topics. You can still get in touch with their customer support team between 10 a.m. and 2 a.m., seven days a week via one of the below methods:

  • Live Chat
  • Phone: 0800 018 3307
  • Email: help@igsupportteam.com

I didn't use customer support in this instance but I did face the same login problem I encountered at a sister casino. What happens is that when I click the login button, nothing happens.

The same thing happens on mobile and if I try to use another browser. It seems like my account is locked out and I have to wait 24 hours to access it. In both cases, I didn't do anything unusual so I have no idea why my account was flagged.

The main problem here is that you cannot access customer support as you're not logged in. A perfect catch 22 situation. Today I wasn't in any rush to access my account but I can see this being quite frustrating for some players.

Rise Casino is obliged by law to verify the age and identity of their players.

From the moment you sign up, they will run automated tests to verify your identity.

Whenever they are unable to verify this information automatically, you'll be requested to send in the following:

  • Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
  • Proof of Payment Method

Signing up is easy and can be done in four steps. First up you need to enter your name and date of birth. Next, you'll be asked for your address followed by your email and phone number.

Finally, they ask for a username and your chosen password. It took me around a minute to sign up which is always a plus.

If you can't be automatically verified, you are asked to verify your details immediately. You can postpone it, but you can't really do anything on the site before the verification is complete.

The document uploader clearly tells you what needs verifying and guides you through the process.

Rise Casino's sister sites include Quality Bingo, XL Casino, Jazzy Spins, and various other brands. Here are the recommended sister sites if you enjoy Rise Casino:

  • Quality Bingo: Quality Bingo is a near identical twin to Rise Casino, with similar snappy usability, payment methods, and game variety. It's more geared towards bingo like its name suggests, so this is a great option for hybrid players.
  • XL Casino: XL Casino has a more massive feel than Rise Casino, with a bit more punch in its casino game library. Additionally, XL Casino offers a larger welcome bonus for newcomers.

Agreed mobile version is a lot better.
I am always searching for no wager casinos and once I found that there are daily free spins and I am looking forward to getting those, on top of that there is a monthly cashback which you can get through your loyalty journey through the VIP levels.

A bit mixed feelings about this casino. Bonus is quite lame to be honest, in todays casino world pretty nonexistent. Only plus is you get the spins without wagering requirements. The site design is probably one of the worst I've seen on desktop. On mobile it's a lot better though. But yeah nah, wont probably return here in the future.
