WTG Bingo Review

WTG Bingo is a versatile oasis of bingo rooms and casino games launched by Jumpman Gaming Ltd. in 2017. The site offers Pragmatic Play's high-quality bingo software, featuring both speedy 30-ball bingo and the classic British 90-ball bingo.

On the surface, WTG Bingo is a really excellent package. There are plenty of deposit methods and a wide range of games, and the site works excellently on both computers and mobiles.

The new player bonus is appealing, and WTG Bingo frequently hosts various competitions and events where you can win free spins and other fun prizes.

Yet, I can't say that I like everything I see under the hood.

Withdrawals are subject to fees—and quite expensive ones at that, as a £2.50 handling fee is charged for each withdrawal. Pay by Phone is an exception since you can't withdraw using it, so WTG Bingo charges the fee on the phone deposits instead.

In addition, the bonuses have high wagering requirements and low maximum win limits, and customer support is available only via email.

WTG Bingo's strengths and weaknesses are likely to divide opinions. Therefore, it might be best to try out this site for yourself. Testing WTG Bingo is easy, as it offers a small no-deposit bonus for new members.

WTG Bingo Bonus

WTG Bingo welcomes you in a rather pleasant way, as you receive a small no-deposit bonus when you register a new gaming account and verify your debit card.

There are more bonuses to come.

When you make your first deposit of £10 or more, you get to spin WTG Bingo's Mega Wheel. From it, you can win bonuses of various sizes and values, as well as Amazon vouchers.

The biggest possible win on the wheel is 500 bonus spins on the game Fluffy Favourites.

No-deposit bonuses are always a nice thing, especially for new players who want to test the casino without risking losing money.

Unfortunately, WTG Bingo's free spins have a 65x wagering requirement and a cap of £50 on winnings. This combination isn't very appealing, but it might be forgivable since the offer contains only 5 free spins.

However, the same high wagering requirement applies to the first deposit bonus, which also comes with capped wins. In this case, the cap is equal to your lifetime deposits (up to a maximum of £250).

In fact, the first deposit bonus is used on many of Jumpman Gaming's sites, so you might have already seen it on WTG Bingo's sister sites.

WTG Bingo Free Bingo Tickets

At the moment, WTG Bingo only offers free spins as a no-deposit bonus instead of free bingo tickets.

You can also see what kind of deposit-free bingo offers are available at other online brands.

Compare WTG Bingo Bonus

Compared to other online bingo sites' offers, one thing sets WTG Bingo's bonus apart from the rest. That's the 5 free spins you get without making a deposit.

No-deposit bonuses are quite rare everywhere, so it's no wonder this attracts more interest than the usual deposit-based bonuses.

WTG Bingo's first deposit bonus is also different from the norm, as the bonus is a complete mystery. You could win up to 500 bonus spins, nothing at all, or something in between. You'll only know your first deposit bonus after you've deposited and spun the Mega Wheel.

WTG Bingo's offer is overshadowed by its extremely high wagering requirements, low winning caps, and the unfortunate fact that the bonus is not specifically targeted at bingo players.

WTG Bingo has 10 bingo rooms, offering the most popular variants: 30, 50, 75, 80, and 90-ball bingo. The bingo software is developed by Pragmatic Play, one of the leading game studios in the industry and my favourite of all online bingo software providers.

When you open any of WTG Bingo's bingo rooms, you enter Pragmatic Play's bingo lobby. Here, you can have up to three different rooms open simultaneously. On the thumbnail of each room, you can also see how many players are currently inside, when the next round starts, and what the room's main prize is.

At the time of writing this review, the largest jackpot is in the room called Animingo, where the total pot has already exceeded £6,000.

Pragmatic Play's bingo software is excellent on both computers and mobile devices. In each room, you can chat with other players and play mini-slots while waiting for the new round to start.

Pragmatic's software is also beginner-friendly. You don't have to worry about marking the numbers on your bingo cards, even if you buy several from different rooms, as the game automatically takes care of daubing the cards for you.

The rooms offered by WTG Bingo are sufficient to scratch the bingo itch, but I would like to see an even wider selection. Many competing bingo brands offer over 15 rooms, so WTG Bingo's selection is somewhat limited in comparison.

  • Bingo games: 10

The number of bingo games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The number may change when new games are added, or providers are changed or included.

When it comes to casino games, WTG Bingo does not disappoint. It offers nearly 3,500 games in total, over 3,000 of which are slots. The selection also includes a good handful of jackpots, scratch cards, table games, and live dealer games.

The available games come from top providers in the industry, including Yggdrasil, Eyecon, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Play'n GO, and Microgaming. So, there's plenty to play whenever you want a break from bingo.

In WTG Bingo's casino lobby, games are organised into several different categories. however, I personally found myself missing more detailed filtering options, especially by game provider.

Fortunately, you can mark games as favourites, making them easy to find later under the My Faves category. You can also conveniently check the newest additions to the selection under the Newest tab.

All in all, I am very satisfied with WTG Bingo's selection of casino games. There could be more live dealer games, but even as it stands, there are surely enough to meet the needs of most players.

Game Information

  • Slots: 3000
  • Table games: 60
  • Jackpot games: 70
  • Live games: 70

The number of games is an approximation at the time of writing the review. The numbers may change when new providers are included, and new games are added.

For now, WTG Bingo has decided not to offer a downloadable app for playing games.

This doesn't matter at all, as in my experience, the site and games run exceptionally well on both mobile and tablet. Personally, I always prefer to avoid downloading extra apps to my device anyway.

If you are specifically looking for a downloadable bingo app, you can check which sites currently offer the best downloadable bingo for phones.

WTG Bingo's versatile payment methods ensure that deposits and withdrawals go as smoothly as possible. The only major downside is the transaction fees, which cannot be avoided with any payment method.

Deposits at WTG Bingo are free with all methods except Pay By Phone, which incurs a £2.50 fee. The same service fee is charged for all withdrawals.

On the list below, you can check all the available banking methods, together with minimum limits and information on fees.

Method Min. Deposit Min. Withdrawal Possible Fees
 Visa £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Mastercard £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
PayPal £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Skrill £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Neteller £10 £10 £2.50 on WD
Pay by Phone £10 £2.50 on deposits
Bank Transfer £10 £2.50 on WD

The average withdrawal time at WTG Bingo is about 1-3 working days. This does not include the 72-hour pending period during which WTG Bingo's finance department processes your withdrawal request and then directs it to your chosen payment method.

Honestly, I am not very impressed with these withdrawal times. Many competing bingo sites can promise a much shorter processing period, completing requests in as little as a couple of hours.

You can check the withdrawal times of each method here:

  • Mastercard: 3-5 working days
  • Visa: 3-5 working days
  • Wire transfer: 3-5 working days
  • Skrill: 1-3 working days
  • NETELLER: 1-3 working days
  • PayPal: 1-3 working days

I'd choose to withdraw bingo winnings with PayPal because it's typically one of the fastest methods.

  • Email support: ✅
  • Live support:
  • Phone support:

I was really surprised to find that WTG Bingo does not offer customer support via live chat or phone. The only way to contact them is by sending an email or filling out the contact form available on their site.

WTG Bingo's promise to respond within two working days is quite dreadful. If support cannot be obtained through any other means, the site should at least aim to respond to emails within the same day.

Most competing bingo sites offer quick support via live chat, often around the clock every day. Therefore, I cannot understand how WTG Bingo can afford to leave the level of customer service in such a poor state.

WTG Bingo requires all players to verify their accounts, as mandated by the UKGC, which issued the site's gambling licence.

The site will need the following documents from you sooner or later:

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of deposit method

We recommend a driving licence or passport as proof of identity.

A utility bill or government-issued letter clearly showing your full name and address and dated within the last three months is the most suitable document for proof of address.

You can upload the documents to WTG Bingo once you are logged in. Just open your account and go to account details.

WTG Bingo states that they aim to verify the documents within three working days. A bit slow, which is why I'd recommend getting the KYC process done as soon as possible.

WTG Bingo wants to ensure that players feel safe on the site and have the power to limit their gambling. Therefore, you can set deposit limits, take a break from playing, or even exclude yourself from WTG Bingo entirely.

You can also set up a reality check, which will display a notification when the time limit you set has passed since your first bet. This way, you can always keep track of how much time you have spent playing bingo or other games.

I highly recommend setting a deposit limit, even if you do not currently consider gambling to be a problem. A deposit limit helps you avoid overspending and stay within your budget.

Owned by Jumpman Gaming Ltd., WTG Bingo has several sister sites of which we've reviewed such brands as Lights! Camera! Bingo, Mirror Bingo, and Swanky Bingo.

However, the novelty of Jumpman's bingo sites can quickly wear out as the sites are very similar. Here are a few alternative bingo sites from other platforms:

  • LottoGo Bingo: LottoGo Bingo also offers Pragmatic Play's great bingo rooms. In addition, you get to enjoy low minimum deposits, good support, and a nicely operating site.
  • Happy Tiger Bingo: Happy Tiger Bingo offers its visitors something unique: in-house-developed bingo rooms. The site also has a great support team. If you consider grabbing the bonus offer, pay attention to the wagering requirements.
  • PlayOJO Bingo: PlayOJO Bingo is a wholesome online bingo site with everything you could wish for, from Pragmatic Play's bingo rooms to an excellent bonus system - and no wagering on any bonuses!
