Depositing methods might be on the limited side but deposits can be made via debit card, phone bill and even PayPal. I used my Mastercard Debit to deposit £40. First up, I needed to register my card and then I was ready to deposit.

Depositing is hassle-free and as soon as the money went through, a pop up appeared asking me to spin the wheel for my match deposit bonus.

Withdrawing is as easy as depositing and I was also able to withdraw my pence. I withdrew around £50 and there were no associated fees (although I read in the T&Cs there is a £3 processing fees for withdrawals under £10). Within a few hours of requesting my withdrawal, it was approved and the money was in my account less than 24 hours later.

Bonus Boss maintains a strict, no underage gambling policy. They ask players to verify their age, identity and address before they can play our games.

Another terrible casino in the Mr Spin/MFortune etc family. These sites do not have the licenses for the main gaming companies and as such, these sites do not have very many, or very good games that you will find on other major gambling sites. These sites purposely make it as difficult as possible for people to withdraw their winnings. They use stall tactics, ask for multiple forms of ID, repeately. The customer service is appauling and I'm actually surprised these sorts of sites are allowed to operate the way they do. If you like gamlbing, I'd suggest going to a real site - such as Ladbrokes, Coral, Paddy Power, William Hill etc. Don't bother with these terrible sites, its not worth your money or your time.

Deposited £100 here last night. One of the worst choice of games ive seen in a casino after 5mins i was bored of the games so decided either bust or if i get back to my £100 i'd withdraw. Got back to £100 so withdrew.

In 20 years no casino has ever asked for 4 forms of ID for 1st withdrawal. Driving license, passport, bankstatement showing deposit and also salary, along with front and back of bank card.

I see they replied to someone else saying 'over the lifetime of your account we may request additional information...' i would guess for EVERYONE this is on the 1st withdrawal! Its called stall tactics.

Decided they can keep the £100.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! They do not pay out, when you go on their webchat they don't want to help you. I have provided them with my passport, birth certificate, letters for the doctor and my phone bill which have been verified and accepted but still no payment 2 weeks later. They send links for free spins and offers but when you click on the link it says session expired but if you bring this to their attention they will then say they can only look into live links. The customer service team are not interested and the managers attitude is disgusting. They only verify your account when you want to make a withdrawal otherwise they don't care who you are or how old you are my 14 years old brother has been using this site for at least 6 weeks I have brought this to the bonus boss sites attention and they have done nothing about it. I will be going to the gambling commission and I suggest everyone else who is having trouble with this site does the same

Scam, avoid at all costs, don't like paying your money back, don't respond to emails, send relevant documents they want and then reject for no reason. Never had so much trouble getting money back from a online casino. All my other casinos have paid my money back.

Avoid at all costs, does not pay out winnings. Customer service is non existent. Won and withdrew, asked for ID which is fair enough. Then asked for more ID. Not no response from customer service and no winnings paid!! Play elsewhere

Bonus Boss is a SCAM. They will not let me withdraw my money without sending 'additional documents' of which I have done TWICE and then had to send them to a third party app of which I did also and still NOTHING. I have contacted live chat and when you aren't in a queue of 50 people they are taking 5 minutes between each message with copy and pasted replies. Extremely unhelpful and have canceled the chat on me when challenging the 'additional information'. I also emailed their support and received nothing back. They are VERY willing to let you deposit but they will not let you withdraw your money. I have emailed their complaints but I don't expect to hear anything back. THIEVES!!

DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

They are fucking thieves, requested from me additional documents, which they received, i've sent them proof of everything what they want, i'm sure that i haven't break any T&C, and my account has been banned. My withdrawal 835pounds never reach my account. Customer support aren't responding. Live chat is one big bullshit, after long time of waiting you can see an message "Unfortunately there are no agents available..." . won't allow me to withdraw my funds. sent over all documentation they asked for and still days later they won't help me. tried phoning, emailing and the live chat but no-one ever gets back to me. when I do get through to live chat they never want to help with my issue. company seems quite happy to let you deposit and play but they won't pay out your winnings
