Queen Bee Bingo produced a good performance across website usability, gameplay and mobile performance, but dropped a few points when it came to payments.
The light-hearted bingo branding was very welcoming while the layout is very simple yet stylish. Queen Bee Bingo has the same structure as its sister brands Bingo Besties and Yay Bingo, so it was somewhat familiar to me.
The navigation was a doddle, making it easy to find certain games and locate support. One minor gripe was that clicking on the logo didn’t take me back to the homepage.
My experience with creating an account was a smooth one. The four-step signup form broke up the information nicely and felt more user friendly. Annoyingly, I couldn’t use my usual username as I set up an account on their sister site and it appears they share the same back-office system, so I had to settle for another username. Once I completed the registration process I was presented with the option to claim a welcome offer of 64 bingo tickets.
Queen Bee Bingo delivers a very respectable all-round performance but a few technical glitches have taken this bingo site down a couple of notches.

New customers have the option to claim a beastly bingo offer where you get 64 free bingo tickets and 10 free spins. I was expecting a stronger casino offering here but hey-ho, bingo it is.
The welcome offer landing page breaks down the details clearly and transparently. The offer is available to any player who meets the minimum £10 deposit requirement To claim the welcome tickets I had to enter the promo code ‘QUEEN’ on the deposit form.
The 10 free spins have a maximum win cap of £1, which hardly seemed worth the effort. You must also wager £5 on bingo before the 10 free spins are released. Meh! Once my deposit was confirmed, my bingo tickets and spins appeared in my vouchers which can be found on the main menu in the form of a gift icon.
The 64 bingo tickets get you into two bingo rooms but 60 of those tickets must be played in the Street Party bingo room. The bingo tickets are valid for one week and valued at £0.50 per ticket, that’s pretty good value. I had to wait for the game to commence before I could use my free bingo tickets. I could only use 12 bingo tickets per game and the Street Party game runs once per day at 7.30 pm.
Outside the welcome offer, Queen Bee Bingo boasts a generous daily offer to keep the fun going.

The bingo games are well organised across ‘Guaranteed Jackpot’, ‘Mystery Jackpot’, ‘Godsmacked’, ‘Free’ and ‘Ace Club’. Each bingo room displays the jackpot amount, how many players are playing, the number of balls each game has and a countdown timer until the game starts.
The Street Party bingo room is by invite only. I guess only those who claimed a deposit offer get to enter this 75-ball bingo room. I entered the room with 480 other players and had no significant wins, missing out on the £250 jackpot. However, I enjoyed it immensely, a clear layout, bingo chat feature and simple gameplay made it a joy for bingo beginners. My only niggle was that they promote slot games on a third of the bingo room screen which just looked cluttered to me.
Currently, casino games are broken down into ‘Hot Games’ (most popular), ‘Daily Jackpots’, ‘Scratch Cards’, ‘Slots’ and ‘New’. A search bar also allows you to find specific games but there are no further search options.
Queen Bee Bingo has over 100 games spread across 11 pages with ten slots displayed on each page, depending on your screen size and device. It would save time to have the slots displayed on one scrollable page, this is one of the user issues that bothered me.
Despite a low amount of slots, the variety of games is decent. They host games from some of the top software providers including NetEnt and IGT. I fancied a spin on the reels so I picked out Lucky Leprechaun, Prison Escape and Magic Maid Cafe, spinning my usual £0.60 bet per spin. All these games provided a smooth playing experience with no glitches, I even cashed out a profit.
I did notice that the slot games are formatted for mobile devices. This doesn’t have a huge impact on the desktop experience but the slots open in a slightly smaller separate window.
Games:
Total number of desktop games: 515
Total number of desktop slots: 511
Total number of desktop table games: 7
Total number of desktop jackpot games: 3
If you are looking to play on the go, Queen Bee Bingo has a superb mobile casino platform compatible with all devices.
Since it was created fully responsive and fully optimised on mobile, you can play a range of high-quality casino games on the go.
As a result, there are no mobile casino apps for you to download. You can play directly from your web browser.

The mobile site provided a better user experience. The Queen Bee Bingo site has been built with mobile in mind and that’s why there are a few niggles on the desktop site.
The layout was more attractive, the user experience was superior and the site was smoother. It was a breeze to tap through the site and pick a game. I spun the reels to a Greek Gods, Super Joker and entered the Free4U bingo room. I found the slot play to be flawless while the bingo room also looked fantastic on my iPhone 10. I broke even on the spins but no bingo luck yet. The mobile site puts everything at your fingertips: the deposit area, support options and main menu were all in view. For me, it ticked all the boxes.

Total number of mobile slots: 515
Total number of mobile table games: 24
Total number of mobile jackpot games: 3
There are currently no live dealer games on offer.

I had a few issues with the cashier page so I jumped onto the help button which opened the live chat feature.
The live chat page opened and looked outdated and unattractive, it reminded me of Windows 95. However, it did the job and I was swiftly connected to a customer support agent. I raised my issue which was resolved with the suggestion of using a different internet browser.
The biggest flaw with the support is that there is no dedicated support page. I hopped around the site and had no luck in locating it. I did eventually find a support email address and phone number within the upload documents page. I had to drop marks for this, the support details are somewhat hidden and should ideally sit within a dedicated page for better customer experience.

I found the upload documents page within the ‘My Account’ section. Queen Bee Bingo takes a very simple approach to uploading documents, using a basic uploader with the file requirements listed.
However, there was no information on what documents are required for verification. I think this is an issue that needs addressing to minimise confusion.
I went ahead and uploaded a copy of my passport and received an email two days later to notify me that my identification had been accepted and my account verified. All in all, a simple process with no hiccups.

I was taken to the deposit page after signing up where I encountered a few technical issues. It appeared that the deposit page was not optimised for my Safari browser. It presented an error which read ‘Session has expired’.
After speaking to support I moved to the Google Chrome browser which worked fine. However, as I reached the last step of making my £40 deposit, I could not see the deposit button to complete the process. It appeared the page was not optimised for a 13-inch screen either. It displayed a message to suggest that I turn my mobile device to landscape, but I was not on a mobile device.
Eventually, I had to plug in a 24-inch screen for the CTA to be in view so I could complete the transaction. It was a far tougher experience than it should have been. Making a withdrawal was far easier and I managed to withdraw within a couple of clicks. I just had to input in the amount I wanted to withdraw and hit a button. It displayed a message to notify me that all withdrawals will be attempted to be processed within 24 hours.
It took around 36 hours for an email to come through and confirm that my withdrawal has been processed. It then took another four days for the money to reach my bank statement. Not the speediest withdrawal time but an easy process nevertheless.
