Queen Bee Bingo Casino quick review

Queen Bee Bingo Casino offers you an exciting collection of games and honey offers and promotions. With around couple hundred games on offer from leading software game developers, including NetEnt, there is just enough here to quench your thirst for entertainment.

The light-hearted bingo branding was very welcoming while the layout is very simple yet stylish. Queen Bee Bingo has the same structure as its sister brands Bingo Besties and Yay Bingo, so it was somewhat familiar to me.

Queen Bee Bingo produced a good performance across website usability, gameplay and mobile performance, but dropped a few points when it came to payments. There are plenty of nice small things that push this casino up the ranks.

For starters, their offers come with no wagering requirements, so there are no playthroughs to fulfil. Secondly, their welcome offer entails free bingo tickets and slot spins.

If that wasn't enough, the casino is fully accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. In terms of safety and security, this site is licensed and regulated by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Gambling Commission . This means that Queen Bee Bingo's site adheres to the strictest of rules and regulations.

The games all use a Random Number Generator to generate impartial results. Their top-notch customer support team is available at your beck and call to answer any questions you might have via phone or email.

Queen Bee Bingo delivers a very respectable all-round performance but a few technical glitches have taken this bingo site down a couple of notches.

Queen Bee Bingo first deposit bonus

Queen Bee Bingo's first deposit bonus is an interesting one, as there are no wagering requirements.

New UK players only, 18+. A minimum deposit of £10 applies. Bonus spins winnings are capped at £2.50. Bonus spins are credited once £5 has been played. Bonus spins are valid for 7 days. Full terms and Bonus terms apply. BeGambleAware.org.

There has never been a better time to sign up to Queen Bee. Register for an account and make a minimum deposit of £10 to claim the following:

  • 2,500 Bingo Tickets + 25 Bonus Spins when using promo code BINGO25

Signing up only takes two minutes. Follow the below simple steps:

  1. Sign up for a Queen Bee account
  2. Verify your account by email
  3. Make a minimum deposit of £10 using promo code BINGO25
  4. Your bingo tickets will be credited to your account
  5. Once £5 of the deposit has been wagered, the bonus spins are credited

New customers have the option to claim a beastly bingo offer where you get 2,500 bingo tickets and 25 bonus spins. I was expecting a stronger casino offering here but hey-ho, bingo it is.

The welcome offer landing page breaks down the details clearly and transparently. The offer is available to any player who meets the minimum £10 deposit requirement. To claim the welcome tickets I had to enter the promo code ‘BINGO25' on the deposit form.

The 25 spins have a maximum win cap of £2.50, which hardly seemed worth the effort. You must also wager £5 on bingo before the 25 spins are released. Once my deposit was confirmed, my bingo tickets and spins appeared in my vouchers which can be found on the main menu in the form of a gift icon. Sure, it ain't much, but little is better than nothing.

The 2,500 bingo tickets get you into two bingo rooms but 100 of those tickets must be played in the Street Party bingo room. The bingo tickets are valid for one week and valued at £0.50 per ticket, that's pretty good value. I had to wait for the game to commence before I could use my free bingo tickets. I could only use 12 bingo tickets per game and the Street Party game runs once per day at 7.30 pm.

Outside the welcome offer, Queen Bee Bingo boasts a generous daily offer to keep the fun going.

If you are big on slot games, then Queen Bee Bingo might be a little disappoining. It's not that there aren't quality games, but rather because there aren't that many in total. The library only has a bit over 250 games, which is a comparatively small number. That being said, quality always trumps quantity.

They only house the most reputable software game developers, including Microgaming, Net Entertainment, BluePrint Gaming and SG Digital amongst many others.

I fancied a spin on the reels so I picked out Lucky Leprechaun, Prison Escape and Magic Maid Cafe, spinning my usual £0.60 bet per spin. All these games provided a smooth playing experience with no glitches, I even cashed out a profit.

Finding games is fairly easy, even though they don't have much categorisation going on. The library isn't so big that you can't just scroll it manually. They do have a search bar if there is something particular you are looking for.

The bingo games are well organised across ‘Guaranteed Jackpot', ‘Mystery Jackpot', ‘Godsmacked', ‘Free' and ‘Ace Club'. Each bingo room displays the jackpot amount, how many players are playing, the number of balls each game has and a countdown timer until the game starts.

I did notice that the slot games are formatted for mobile devices. This doesn't have a huge impact on the desktop experience but the slots open in a slightly smaller separate window.

The mobile site provided a better user experience. The Queen Bee Bingo site has been built with mobile in mind and that's why there are a few niggles on the desktop site.

The layout was more attractive, the user experience was superior and the site was smoother. It was a breeze to tap through the site and pick a game. I spun the reels to a Greek Gods, Super Joker and entered the Free4U bingo room.

I found the slot play to be flawless while the bingo room also looked fantastic on my iPhone 10. I broke even on the spins but no bingo luck yet. The mobile site puts everything at your fingertips: the deposit area, support options and main menu were all in view. For me, it ticked all the boxes.

I was taken to the deposit page after signing up where I encountered a few technical issues. It appeared that the deposit page was not optimised for my Safari browser. It presented an error which read ‘Session has expired'.

After speaking to support I moved to the Google Chrome browser which worked fine. However, as I reached the last step of making my £40 deposit, I could not see the deposit button to complete the process. It appeared the page was not optimised for a 13-inch screen either. It displayed a message to suggest that I turn my mobile device to landscape, but I was not on a mobile device.

Eventually, I had to plug in a 24-inch screen for the CTA to be in view so I could complete the transaction. It was a far tougher experience than it should have been.

Making a withdrawal was far easier and I managed to withdraw within a couple of clicks. I just had to input in the amount I wanted to withdraw and hit a button. It displayed a message to notify me that all withdrawals will be attempted to be processed within 24 hours.

It took around 36 hours for an email to come through and confirm that my withdrawal has been processed. It then took another four days for the money to reach my bank statement. Not the speediest withdrawal time but an easy process nevertheless.

I had a few issues with the cashier page so I jumped onto the help button which opened the live chat feature. I did have more options when it comes to support, which were:

  • Phone: 0808 238 9814
  • Email: By filling out a contact form
  • Live chat

The live chat page opened and looked outdated and unattractive, it reminded me of Windows 95. However, it did the job and I was swiftly connected to a customer support agent. I raised my issue which was resolved with the suggestion of using a different internet browser.

The biggest flaw with the support is that there is no dedicated support page. I hopped around the site and had no luck in locating it. I did eventually find a support email address and phone number within the upload documents page. I had to drop marks for this, the support details are somewhat hidden and should ideally sit within a dedicated page for better customer experience.

Queen Bee Bingo's customer support team is available seven days a week. If you don't find answers to your questions under the FAQ page, you can contact them.

As a licensed operator, Queen Bee Bingo is obliged by law to carry out verification checks of their players' age and identity.

From the moment you make your first deposit, you'll be requested to send in relevant documentation, which satisfy their regulatory and legal requirements:

  • Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
  • Proof of Payment Method

I found the upload documents page within the ‘My Account' section. Queen Bee Bingo takes a very simple approach to uploading documents, using a basic uploader with the file requirements listed.

However, there was no information on the site what documents are required for verification. I think this is an issue that needs addressing to minimise confusion.

I went ahead and uploaded a copy of my passport and received an email two days later to notify me that my identification had been accepted and my account verified. All in all, a simple process with no hiccups.

At Queen Bee Bingo, they take the issue of responsible gambling seriously and are committed in providing a responsible gaming service for all players.
